History: Hanoi Mistrunner, like other tauren of the Mistrunner tribe, was skilled as a druid. He trained under Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem at a young age. He was able to command and control the forces of nature. But as he delved into his studies of nature, he realized that Azeroth is a very big place, and he was confined to tauren territory because of the centaur war. Then the orcs came. With their help, the tauren crushed the centaur. The tauren became members of the Horde, and Hanoi felt he could go into the world without feeling like an outsider. He wanted to go exploring the world, but he owed it to the orcs to get the New Horde started. The orcs constructed Orgrimmar and the tauren constructed Thunder Bluff, along with many other outposts around Azeroth. Hanoi started his journey around the world, visiting places such as Un'Goro Crater, Winterspring, the Swamp of Sorrows and Stranglethorn Vale. During these journeys he met many people of the Horde, the Alliance, and other groups. He did not permanently travel with anyone on his journeys, making him very self-reliant. He regularly came back to Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem to tell him about the comings and goings of nature. He was on Thunder Bluff's main rise when he heard the cry of an orc.
"Thrall, our Warchief and leader of the Horde, has requested the assistance of the Tauren people to fight for honor, glory, and the good of the Horde as members of Thrall's elite new force, the Kor'Kron Vanguard!" yelled the orc. Hanoi Mistrunner was intrigued by this offer and, with a few other tauren, trekked to Orgrimmar to join with other members.
