There is a quest later in the game involving you to find some lost SI:7 agents. The quest, The Eastern Plagues (elite), can be found http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?wquest=6185. As can be seen, you find three insignia: Rutger, Fredo and Turyen.
Nothing is special of these, as far as I know, except one. Rutger. It appears there is an NPC Sergeant Rutger (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/mob.html?wmob=6395).
There is probably a connection between the two. Since one is only human remains, now, they couldn't be the same character. I've taken this opportunity to make them very vital to my character's personal lore.
Before I really go too into the lore, though, does anyone know if they're name is used elsewhere? Any books, notes, etc. that involve Rutger?
