History:
Sypherion was born into a wealthy High Elven family. His father was a knight, and Sypherion was raised to be one as well. Throughout childhood he learned the value of honor and a just cause, and was constantly training in martial arts. As he aged, he picked up the sword, and focused exclusively on that. Both Sypherion and his brother Cerryan learned the values of a knight young and grew to embrace them. Sypherion graduated from military academy with honors, and was soon to fully embrade the powers of the light.
Before long, however, the Scourge came. He was caught in the middle of it all, fighting with every ounce of strength and will in his body. Enemy after enemy fell, but so did many allies. He was one of the few to survive the attack, and has carried himself solemnly at times ever since. Alongside his brother, and a few other survivors, he helped to clean up the forest of any remaining Scourge.
When news came that from Kael'thas that there was hope, Sypherion was one of the first to offer his services. Joining the Blood Knights, in honor of his fallen bretheren, he swore vengeance. Things would change as he came to learn the truth regarding the path his prince lead them down. Seeing a being of light imprisoned and having it's power siphoned from it hurt him deeply. The connection to the Sunwell having been severed, however, he had no other source of power. He uses the stolen light knowing he has no other choice, and hoping the true masters of the light can forgive him for doing what he must. He learned much as a Blood Knight, his prowess in combat only continued to improve. He also became especially adept at working with the magics of the light. His cause, however, remained unchanged.
Gradually he began to despise the nobles, the bloodknights, and the magisters of Silvermoon. their corruption and devotion to Kael'thas were unforgivable in his eyes. He was proud to call himself Sin'Dorei, but longed to see his people return to the proud, righteous race they once were. His true paladin nature has come out more and more in recent years.
At the suggestion of his brother, Cerryan, Sypherion has recently sought out Draco Visca, and offered his loyalty to the Order of Eversong. Through this he hopes that the corruption in Silvermoon could be exposed, and restore glory to his people.
