Written in Orcish on the Undercity, Thunderbluff, and Orgrimmar inns-
The Nether Patrol which went out after the last meeting found members of the guild "Rooks" killing civilians. It was no accident, they were killing innocents of the Horde for their own pleasure. In addition to the civilian attackes, three paladins from Rooks who will remain un-named willingly attacked the patrol while in Stranglethorn Vale.
I, Sevarith Blackhold, propose to the Nether Council that members of Rooks are kill on sight during the patrols due the last atrocities that occured that night. Any members of thr Nether Council are free to reach me through the mail. If I am not available, my friend Grathk also takes my mail.
*The letter is sighned with a sword through a bleeding heart*

Grisch read the letter carefully, his lips moving slowly on some of the more difficult words as his eyes followed his fingertip. While Brakogar had educated him well in their time together, he still struggled every now and with this writing stuff.
He sighed and shook his white-maned head slowly. "Best be bringin' some communication to this table before the blood starts runnin' and the axes a'swingin'."
Less than ten minutes later a swift and silent messenger was carrying a message. The message would endure some oddities before it reached it's destination.
In fact during one encounter, it would even be rolled up and placed over the pointed left horn of a large tauren during a rather heated fight in a Booty Bay tavern. That however is a story for another time.
The message would be delivered.

Najme looked inside of the mailbox at the inn she was staying at, and found without surprise that there was a letter from Sanctuary.
"Hm, what's this..."
Her dark face went pale, and her black eyes turned narrow as she read on.
"...they dare? I don't believe it."
Trudging off towards Stormwind, she went in search of answers.

As Najme opens the letter, she finds the following words:
Najme,
It seems that a new threat to the peace has arisen recently. Some of The Rooks men appear to be pushing to escalate hostilities between the Horde and the Alliance. We have had some trouble with them both during Sanctuary patrols and more recently with two Nether Council patrols.
See if you can find the leaders in that lot and find out if they know what's happening. Then see if they really do have a taste for war.
If it's just a few of their members, and they're not willing to reign in these whelps, we may have to send in a squad of Justicars to eliminate them before this does get worse.
We already have some on our side baying for blood and I'm not sure how long we'll be able to keep this from escalating.
Try to get hold of Aendra, she might be able to dig up some info for us as well as lend a few quick blades. You'll get a package covering her usuall costs and some more soon.
Walk with the wind Paladin.
