I don't think it's impossible, but why bother spending the time to hack into it when it's much easier to make an account and just C/P a bunch of premade code in place of the actual content?

Besides, if it was hacked, I'd think the hacker would have made sure that people went to those links with some kind of redirect. If a hacker is going to do something to get attention, they're not going to spend the effort doing paltry stuff like that... they'd make sure there to leave behind something that would be remembered for at least a small while.
