Lovely was happy. She had her brand new racing ram, thanks to her efforts in the Brewfest festival. He was brown in color, and had soft fur, and made the delightful goat noise that she had been accustomed to when she owned one as a human.

But there was something wrong.

Turen, as she had named him, acted funny. She had caught him several times smashing open kegs of ale, and drinking what he could before the liquid could seep into the ground. Turen was an alcoholic ram. Very unusual.

Also strange was the fact that Turen would sometimes make strange symbols in the dirt with his hooves. Lovely thought it strange, and then realized that the symbols were dwarvish in writing.

She copied down one of the symbols and took it to a dwarven scribe in Shattrath. He chuckled as he deciphered it, and looked at her with a twinkle in his beady little eye. "Lass, the ram you got is special indeed. What he be writin' here is dwarvish fer 'More Beer.'"

Lovely blinked and nodded. She then got a pony keg of Dwarven Stout and filled a bowl with it. Sure enough, Turen cantered over to it and drank the entire thing.

The mystery was growing. Why did her ram read and write dwarvish, and have a taste for ale of all types?

The answer had to be magic. Somehow, the goblins behind the Brewfest were responsible for this. The rams...or at least some of them, were in fact Polymorphed dwarves who had most likely been lured by beer into slavery.

Lovely knew this was something she would investigate further. She gave Turen more beer, mounted him, and rode toward Tanaris to speak with the goblins at Steamwheedle Port....
