I haven't seen verification, but it seems plausible
Blood Elf:
* Arcane Affinity - Enchanting increased by 15
* Arcane Torrent - Silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 20 Energy, Mana or Rage for each Mana Tap charge currently affecting you.
* Mana Tap - Drains 50 mana from your target and charges you with Arcane energy until cancelled. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
* Magic Resistance - All resistances increased by 5
Draeni:
* Blessing of the Naaru - heals the target of 50 damage over 15 sec
* Gemcutting - Jewelcrafting skill increased by 15
* Inspiring Presence - Increases chance to hit with spells by 1% for all party members within 30 yards
* Shadow Resistance - increased by 10

And the dranei heal thing would be useless in the later game. 50 health? ooh boy, I'm ready to tank now.

I feel sorry for Blood Elf casters. Sixty mana from a fully charged Arcane Torrent? What a life-saver!
So, sarcasm aside, unless that and the healing from Blessing of the Naaru increases with level, they're completely useless in most end-game situations.
...Although, Mana Tap does seem to make it even more worthwile. Add another 150 on top of that. It probably has a long cooldown, though.

They seem like good racials for lowbies but they're pretty underwhelming in late game.
Now for the really important question: what dances with they have? O.o

Oh, and the BE male dance is very decidedly Napoleon Dynamite. I saw the female BE, and while I can't determine what it is, it's quite nice. ^_^

The racials would have to be +5 enchanting/jemcutting simply to fit in with the tauren precedent of +5 herbalism, the heal and mana drain effects...sorry thats going to need to be dynamic based on level or else its going to be complete and absolute crap.

don't taurens get +15 herbalism?
Honestly, even +15 is only so so an advantage. THe lower levels of any skill are easy to level. They still have the same effort at cresting 100, 200, etc... as anyone else. They just need to disenchant a few less items at low levels.
The aoe silence would be annoying though....you know, if I ever had to face them in pvp.

Female Sin'Dorei are still "The Twist," most likely from the character Mia (Played by Uma Thurman) in Pulp Fiction from the infamous Jackrabbit Slim's scene.
However, y'all need to keep in mind a whole hell of a lot of Draenei are gonna be Paladins and Priest, and that racial will have a whole hell of a lot of +Healing stats to buff it

Well the video of E3 certainly confirms the dranei healing ability, and confirms that it scales with level. What we are seeing is the level 1 numbers. So it sounds like it may be a useful little backup heal (3 minute cooldown or some such). I can only conclude the blood elf drain will also scale.

Note: Blizzard rep has stated that the Draenei's blessing DOES scale with level
