Having three chapters out of the short fanfic saga "Orgo and Vay" out now, I was wondering what people thought. I'm disappointed in the last part of "Orgo and Vay II: Expensive Reunion". My original draft got trashed somehow... Anyways, any suggestions or comments? What do you think of the characters themselves?

(Yeah... I know those nightmares are a little Fruedian, but bear with me. ;) )

Heya Orgo. I just finished reading them. I think the story is great :)

((although being the Monty Python fan that I am, I think you should have had them bless a hand-grenade, but that's just me ;) )

And please don't take it the wrong way if people don't leave comments on your stories. Especially longer stories it takes a while to read them, and not everyone has long attention spans.

Also you'll find that pages and pages of just dialogue tends to be hard to read. Dialogue's are awesome, just need to intersperse them a bit with description.

((and this is a do what I say, not what I do, sorta thing..just check my last entry in the legends to see a mile of just talking :P))

Yeah, I have a problem with long dialogues. But when I try to put in "actions" here and there it feels... artificial, unless it's important to what's happening. Filler, if you will. Geez, I wish I had the artistic talent to make this a comic.

Anyways, I think I might clean the stories up a bit and post em all in one thread... Like someone suggested on the official forum. (I had an "Oh... duh!" moment there.)

I was thinking of making the next chapter an open RP. Vay and the Varia Bros. are off looking for allies while Guntz tries to ressurect Orgo and the Red Lady is off on a sensitive mission.

The last chapter was left very open for a reason. ;)

What do you think of Orgo and Vay? (The characters) Being that those two are the two main protagonists and catalysts of the story I want them to be interesting. (Though it's true we haven't seen as much of Vay as Orgo yet...)

Orgo seems pretty whacked (in a good way). Vay you haven't really done anything with yet, so it's hard to say.

And yeah, keeping them all in one thread is generally preferable, so people don't have to go find previous parts of the story.

I don't like to comment on them, because I feel it might derail the flow.

Yeah, really... Ya know, I'll think I'll re-write those beginning stories to make them more coherent since I'm going to make a new thread anyways. I want to flesh out the prologue and bit and give the characters more "soul".

Yeah, I finished part one again, and this time I'm really proud of it. So go on, go look! It's awesome!

Though... uhh... you might wanna grab a soda or something, cuz it's hella long. AND it's just part one of the prologue! I know it's a little insane, but I'm a little attached to these characters now, so stopping isn't an option.

It's kind of hard to do bad stuff to them now... :(

But it wouldn't make a good epic if nothing tragic happened, would it?

The prologue is finally finished. I expect it's a big improvement over the original. I really wanted to flesh out their backstory a bit more, and you also see more of cute lil' Vay! Well, not "see"... but you get my point.

I also introduced a new character and got rid of an unneccessary one from the old prologue. The whole Dawnbringer family "should" be a bit more rich in character. More Vay in the next episode! And Dwarves!
