History: ((I am not a very good writer when it comes to these things, but I did make an attempt to stay within the boundaries of lore within the World of Warcraft. With any luck, there will not be too many inconsistencies, but I hope this will be acceptable as a bio for this character as I did make an effort to be creative even if the storyline is somewhat generic. Please feel free to comment and help me develop the story better if you feel that modifications need to be made. Thanks))

Grumak was born the Son of Grukar of the Bleeding Hollow Clan under the banner of the Frostwolf Clan. Growing up, Grumak learned much about the legends and histories of the wars between the Orcs and Humans. He walked away from those stories with an enhanced sence of pride in the Orc Clans and of the old ways of Honor. Stories of the internment camps that Most of the Bleeding Hollow Clan were confined to were both horrifying and enraging to Grumak and all he could think about while he grew to a young adult was to seek vengeance on any Human he encountered for the misdeeds of their ancestors in order to honor his own ancestors who had fallen in those camps. His father had become docile and more understanding since the wars had come to an impass and, when he decided to create his own family, wanted to keep his son from the wars as he had seen the horrors that battle brought to his own father and brothers. Grumak watched as many of the other young orcs went off to train for future battles and became disheartened by the way that his father and mother protected him. This eventually caused Grumak to plan an escape in the night with a peon work crew in order to fight aside his friends who went. Grumak felt disgraced by his father and took on the nickmane "Punnishment" in order to strike fear into the hearts of the humans who crossed his path.

Although the word was in a language he did not completely comprehend, he felt that it would be more clear that he was no friend when his name was spoken within their ranks. His friends all agreed that the name was fitting, between all of the orcish language, being that it would make his name stand out to the humans. He spent several years travelling in a group of Horde outriders and had many experiences prior to his decision to train as a Hunter. After deciding to train as a Hunter, he mapped a path from the Eastern Kingdoms back to The Den in Durotar. During his route through the jungles of Stranglethorn, the wolf mount that was provided for him was attacked by a pair of Shadowmaw Panthers. What followed was an event that would change Grumak's outlook on some of the ideals he had grown to believe in. The wolf was able to fend off one of the panthers in just a few lethal blows and turned to face the second when a third and fourth appeared from the underbrush. A firce battle between the wolf and the three panthers resulted in two more panthers down before the wolf was finally killed by the fourth. Being no match for the panther, he made an attempt to run, but the panther was too fast and attacked from behind, dazing Grumak and knocking him down. Just as the panther was about to make the move that would have killed him, an axe blade came down killing the panther in one blow.

Crawling out from under the corpse of the panther, Grumak was still dazed from the attack from behind. Turning finally to look around, he noticed a figure still standing in front of him wearing plate armor. As his vision cleared up, he noticed that this figure was Human. Startled by this, Grumak stepped back to get out of range of the blade and, instead, tripped backward over one of the other fallen animals behind him. The next thing that happened was unbelievable to him. The Human dropped a bag with some bandages, a bit of food and water, along with some other travelling gear. He bowed and then turned and left. After travelling for years in a pack of human slaying orcs, this human not only allowed Punnishment to live, but also helped him in a way that he could not believe. It was this pinnacle moment that he decided that his view of the old world attitude needed to change. This scene is something that plays in his mind every day when he thinks about who he is about to kill. His Hunter training has progressed well and he has now changed his way of thought such that he will not actively seek out and destroy humans specifically, but moreso those who are dishonorable and seek only to disrupt the way of life within both Kalimdor as well as the Eastern Kingdoms. In that respect, the nickname "Punnishment" continues to be a fitting representation of his attitude toward those less than honorable. He still looks for the plate-wearing Human who saved him so many years ago, but has yet to find him. Perhaps, one day, their paths will cross again and the favor can be returned in some way.

Ah, Grumak. We had a meeting in Thrallmar once, and I will have to say, it is a very fortunate meeting. Grumak is a generous orc, despite being a bounty hunter (which is atypical). He offered me a new pair of gloves free of charge despite us being strangers to each other, using the reason that the University and the Cartel had a close relationship. Not only that, he has imparted to me information about an opportunity: a bounty placed on all 'unauthorized' fishermen in Stranglethorn Vale during the duration of the fishing competition. It was unfortunate that I couldn't take this opportunity due to my....nature.

Regardless, we had agreed to stay in contact. I am looking forward to dealing with him once again.

I've worked with him before; he was an adequate messenger.

I had an opportunity to work with him yesterday, on a job to eliminate a night elven druid named Drakin, who was harrassing our clients. It was a collaboration. In fact, I was the one who sought him out, knowing full well about what Drakin is capable of and knowing that I require assistance. He is a very effective distraction, and he is definitely very receptive to suggestions. However, he has that tendency of giving in to bloodlust, something I find very...what's the word? Distasteful?

He also provides very valuable information about the inner workings of the Cartel. It pleases me to know that the methods of the Cartel is very similar to how I normally deal with assignments.

His generosity has not changed all this while. While I offered a split of profits, he politely declined. He still offers me some leather equipment.
