Damn Clys... jumping a 30 and a 39... Are we compensating for something here? 8

I'm sure Clys is not the only that does it. I see low level Alliance going through the Barrens and the Badlands sometimes, and I never hesitate to kill them.

I've always said, nothing wrong with ganking, everything wrong with corpse camping.

Xaran may or may not gank depending on her mood, Xerath definitely will though, I just move on after.

I didn't really see anything wrong with it myself, and neither did Ebonclaw. Was loads of fun chasing her afterwards. I that stupid starving mountain lion hadn't jumped on Ebonclaw, she'd have went down! lol

From a RP stand point tho'....Heart of the Wild will attack undead on sight, as they are outside of the natural order and therefore an ambomination. Although I have let the greys ones go alot, when I'm alone...shhh..dont tell nobody.

Good natured ribbing is all. I reserve the right to tease, rip off, take the mickey out of, or just plain flat out point and laugh at anyone who takes time out to kill someone 20 or more levels below them.

How about the opposite? Ragging on you for not killing greys whenever you come across them, yeah...

I've met few people who can effectively rag someone for attempting to challenge themselves and improve their skills. You're welcome to give it a shot though. :)

EDIT: An afterthought though. Since this is a potentially prickly topic, which I should not have responded to in the manner which I did, due to the chances of it rapidly becoming inflamatory, I suggest get your last shot in, and lets leave it at that. (That HAS to be the longest sentence I've written today.)

Nah, I'm not that sort of person. Whatever floats your boat, as long as it's harmless fun.

Hey Ebonclaw and Talathan, yes it was an interesting little battle, in among the larger battle going on at that time in Hillsbrad. I was in a large group that was fighting in Southshore when a message went out on Local Defense "Two hunters are killing us in the Yeti Cave!".

I went to investigate, of course, being the foaming at the mouth defender of the horde that I am ;)

I hate scattershot. *nods*

*salute*

Yeah, scattershot is a nuisance!! I like the "two hunter killing us at yeti cave" tho...lol. We were minding our own business trying to get the furs when a low level horde druid stops by. I marked him, just in case, and bowed to him. He ran off...next thing we know, he's back with 5 others and rolled us. LOL Good times for sure!

On another note. Anyone else think Bg's should be ignored and lets all go to the yeti cave? I swear I think that place is PvP central! Who knew yeti fur was such a valuable resource! :)

Two patches away. YC will be added as a BG in 1.12 . The objective is to seriously injure your opponent, then let the yetis finish them off. Killing them yourself nets no honor; opponents must be killed by mobs. Each game will have a 15 minute timer. Person with the most kills wins.

The mysterious "RL" battleground I hear so much about will be in 1.11

I was running by the yeti cave earlier today on my way to SM, and there was a 43 paladin that kept getting ganked by a 53 undead warrior from DOA. The warrior would wait in the cave until he saw someone attack the yetis and then would charge out and nail them.

So I went to the side of the cave...The 43 pally went to the front and attacked a yeti. Sure enough as soon as the 43 pally got a mob to fight I see the 53 warrior charge out to attack him.

All I have to say is that with today's patch, and the Divine Favor/Holy Shock combo, I've never seen a 53 warrior go down that fast. I even made him waste a potion.

Then I threw a /no emote on him, and went off to the monestary. Good fun.

It makes you wonder how often the lower levels on either side cry "ganked" just to get an honor kill? Today while running through the badlands I encountered an undead mage a level below me. Since I was busy with an elemental, the mage felt like I would be an easy target... So I shifted into cheetah and ran off the elemental and out of his range. I, of course, went back to teach him a lesson about messing with druids. He dragged me all the way back to the horde village and cowered by the guards. Then a level ?? ran up and killed me in a shot. I have to wonder if the mage's story was that I was "ganking" him? I resurrected and the ?? was waiting for me....so much for questing in the badlands. I went off to find adventure in the Scarlet Monastery. I just wonder....how often?

I'm sure it happens all the time, people yelling for help when they are the problem. But it leads to fun encounters, usually, so what the heck.
