Okay I am pulling my hair out... As allighance where do I go to raise my potential skill in poison? I am at 150 now and over 30 in level. Any help would be... helpful.

As a rogue your poison skill cap should increase by 5 every level...there's no special place to get the cap increased, it's completely level based, like lockpicking.
