Customer Service with WoW GM

For the first time ever I actually got swift service from a GM! Only took them arouns 5 minutes to reply. I'm impressed!

Other experiances have been bad in the past.

If I'm complaining about something silly -- like scam CODs in my mailbox -- they reply immediately. If I'm stuck in a wall or a quest is broken and I need rapid response, it takes hours.

I once had to wait 5 hours to get a character restored. I was especially a sad ferret when I disconnected midconversation.

I typically wait 1-2 hours for a response. Sometimes I don't even get a response while I'm online.

A few times I've watched my ticket disappear from my screen, and a message in my mailbox of "sorry we couldn't get to your ticket while you were online..."
