What are your least favorite mobs?
Mine: Harpies. I hate harpies. Ever since I was a young night elf trying the game out on my hubby's account. I don't know why I despise them so, I just do.
Distant second: Scorpids. I don't like the clattering noise they make.

I'll have to agree on the scorpids.

Defias pillagers. If you fight one, you're at low health by the end of the battle. If you fight two, you're dead in a few seconds. Evilllll.

OH! And let's not forget those damn slimes... that rogue quest in Azshara is not worth that heavy movement debuff -_-

things that die and you get 20 little ones. Spiders in LBRS = my most hated thing ever.

Troggs. I hate the noise they make worse than a swarm of murlocs.

Skeletal Ushers.
When you get up to them in Karazhan, you'll know why.

Meh, never really had an issue with the ushers.
So, as a caster, I automatically hate anything that silences. As a warrior, it used to be anything with a pet, but that's been significantly lessened by Victory Rush.

When you are using two tanks, and you do the double pull of the ushers..... it's painful.
Ive gotten to the point where I dont bother to rebuff myself after the Maiden if I die, because I know Ill die again when we get to the ushers.
For straight out mobs.... I hate anything that is immune to snare/root effects.

Ushers suck...but I'm pretty sure my least favorite mob would have to be the Shade of Aran. I hate him more then life and time itself. Even more then Huhuran. I dont think a single trash mob in this game could annoy me more then either of these two bosses.
I do NOT welcome the challange.

Hyenas. I don't know why, but it seems that in every zone they are in they are the single most annoying mob for me. Mainly because they seem to not only have one of the largest Aggo ranges of any mob in the game ( at least for me it appears that way, I know its probably just my imagination) but wherever they are they patrol all over the place so that without fail I can always count on getting a hyena add or two when questing/farming or god forbid, PvP'ing.
Add in they almost all have some nasty disease that lingers for 3-5 minutes or more, turning me and/or my pet green and you have me cursing them all the time.
I dread it each time I hear that tell-tale " Brrhrrdrrhrrr!" just before they smack into my ass with their teeth.
Close second are those Satyrs in Satyrnaar, with their heart attack curse thingy..

Hyenas hit hard for some reason. And decently fastr. They are in fact... a really annoying mob

On my shaman - air elementals because they are immune to my lightning.
On my shadow priest - those swarmer type things like the swarmers in the Noxious Lair in Tanaris. Funny story there...I just switched from Holy to Shadow around level 43. At around lvl 47, I was doing the Noxious Lair quest and aggroed one of the swarmers. All the little bugs come after me...no problem, just Holy Nova...wait!...crap!...no nova!...no...aoe...run!!
On my warlock - ya, right.
In general, I hate the bugs...all of them.

Southshore guards have the biggest aggro range ever. I hate them. Then there's Hillsbrad bears.

or his big cousin Fel Reaver, who for some reason bounces the ground from 5 miles away if he is in front of you, but doesn't bounce the ground until he is in aggro range if he is behind you. Sneaky bastards.

I don't know how often I saw fellow hordies in front of me scurrying away on Hellfire Peninsula only to turn around to see..... a huge stomping foot suspended over my head!

I've been lucky with the Fel Reavers so far.. not sure how.. but I typically manage to skirt away from them before they aggro on me.
I'm a bit less to be annoyed at any one specific mob. It's more I'm annoyed by the entire daze mechanic....

Haha, same here... I've never aggroed a fel reaver. I'm very proud of myself.

Damn guards there are damn near useless, by the way.

When did they do that? I did it on my priest..erm, maybe a month or two ago, and he pretty much died right away (I watched from my corpse, because doing that quest is still a suicide run).
I miss back in the day when he was elite and summoned skeletons and would pretty much lay waste to the town.

I must have gotten lucky when I did that quest. I was able to run right up to it, plant the rod, stand there a moment, and then run off. While never aggroing a single guard.
On a PvE server, I had to SS run with my Warlock to do it.

I've always hated fighting vultures, or "swoops" or whatever they're called. And I hate the ones in Desolace that disarm me when I'm trying to defend myself from a ganking. Nice timing, birds! :(

Was always funny when your running from a fel reaver in hellfire, right into a group of allies and /flee to them, only to get attacked or /rude...and the reaver stumples into them and I run for my life.

Funny, I never aggro'd a fel reaver, and I never aggro'd a son of arugal, either... I always managed to see or detect them and avoid them.
Lest favorite mob of all time: troggs, followed closely by defias mobs. What always made me angry about them was their unlimited backstab spam.

Funny you should mention Sons of Arugal.
When I was in my teens questing in Silverpine, I ran into one of those things. I managed to get away from him (My voidwalkertexasranger actually kept him busy), and then I saw the curse. Every 60 seconds I would lose 500 health. For 5 minutes. I had 520 at max.
So for 5 minutes I had to sit in the road, eating nonstop, and praying that a bear or something didn't come get me while I waited out the curse.
Yes, now if I see a Son of Arugal, I will go out of my way to WTFPWN it.

So fracking annoying...
