I've seen Pythre with it on.

And I don't remember, but it's a quest reward from Terrokar.

Yeah, there's a quest in Stonebreaker, I believe, that gives a choice of cloth/leather/mail/plate helmet.

I wouldn't get discouraged. There's a reason a lot of warriors wear it...

It's a damn good warrior DPS helm (for arms, anyway). If you were looking for something for your paladin, he could probably get away with it if he was Ret spec.

Yeah, it's a quest in Terrokar forest that gives you a wolf mask. I'm not sure how to do the Alliance version, but to do the Horde version, there is a Orc in a hut in Stonebreaker who will ask you to go collect Wolg Pelts.
