Blizzard Music - Where to download?

Was searching their game websites, and could not find any downloadable content... I know it's there *somewhere*, but I'm having bad luck.

Specifically, I'm looking for Warcraft 3 and World of Warcraft .mp3 or .wav files. I'm fixing up a amateur Grim video, but need the proper tunes! I know what I want, but not able to find it.

Must... ask... for... assistance!

Of course, this is illegal and all, but meh. Emuparadise.org has the WC3 and WoW mp3 files in it's soundtrack section, I think.

And some Snake Eater songs, too!

Depends, in Canada the supreme court decided that download of files is not illegal, the upload is. Of course, accessing certain programs without a proper license is also illegal :P

(Personnaly, I don't download anyways, by respect for the authors, but WoW music, I mean, I have the bloody game :P I guess there is a soundtrack though...)

I heard from a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend that you can bust open the MPQ file and get music and such out of it with certain programs.

Also, Blizzard can't really talk if the folder full of Warcraft music I have on my comp now was downloaded off their site. ;)

Use the above mod to extract the sound.mpq

I don't know for sure if that works, but I have used it for textures in the past, so I believe it will.

If it doesn't, let me know. I purchased the collector's edition of the game and have a soundtrack CD that I can rip & put up for you.

As for the legality of it... well. These are files everyone already has, so there really aren't any issues.
