Important Note to all:
The Event is not just a test of battle skill but also a display of RP capability, grace and form. Each side believes that the oposition are disorganised, composed of thugs and inferioir to themselves.
This is the opportunity to show the opposition that they are wrong about you.
The Event has been setup in such a form that if one side strikes first the RP phase of the event will be cut short and the battle will begin in full. The Guild or side that interrupts the RP phase will proof the other side that they are right in what they say about your faction and is likely to be looked down by their fellow faction's guilds since they cut the RP phase short not allowing it to develop to something inmersive.
When it comes to griefers and D00ds, there is nothing much that we can do about it except for each side to ignore them. It is very unlikely that griefers will show in an organised form and if they attack the opposing faction they will be taken down quickly. However each side must be able to Identify the D00ds from the legitimate rol players (pretty easy as they usualy have retarded guild and toon names) and show restrain and allow the RP phase to proceed if they attack as they dont really represent the opposing force. Only unwarranted attacks by RP guild members will be taken into account.
