Ok, once more using primitive pencil and paper over coffeebreak.

Upae. I tried to catch the somewhat "trollish" features of this Night Elf.

Good show! Especially her nose I like.

If I could make a suggestion as to how you're going about things, could you try and do some quick gesture sketches before you go into shading? Start out with thick outlines, and erase what you discover isn't needed. It may or may not be a different approach to how you do it, but it's a good way of using mechanical pencils.
