Improved Firestone - Renamed "Master Conjuror". Now "Increases the bonus Fire damage from Firestones and the Firestone effect by 15/30% and increases the spell critical strike rating bonus of your Spellstone by 15/30%."

Improved Spellstone - Removed, replaced with "Demonic Knowledge".

(NEW) Demonic Knowledge - 3 ranks. "Increases your spell damage by an amount equal to 5/10/15% of the total of your active demon's Stamina plus Intellect."

Demonic Resilience - Now "Reduces the chance you'll be critically hit by melee and spells by 1/2/3% and reduces all damage your summoned demon takes by 5/10/15%."

Fel Intellect - Now "Increases the Intellect of your Imp, Voidwalker, Succubus, Felhunter and Felguard by 5/10/15% and increases your maximum mana by 1/2/3%."

Fel Stamina - Now "Increases the Stamina of your Imp, Voidwalker, Succubus, Felhunter and Felguard by 5/10/15% and increases your maximum health by 1/2/3%."

Demonic Sacrifice - Added effect for Felguard: "Felguard: Increases your Shadow damage by 10% and restores 2% of total mana every 4 sec."

Master Demonologist - Added effect for Felguard: "Felguard - Increases all damage caused by 5% and all resistances by .1/.2/.3/.4/.5 per level."

That and sometimes stoneclaw works against pets, especially when the warlock is stupid. Otherwise it's rememering the Grounding totem (Absorbs the Crit shadowbolt), Tremor (stops the Fear), and FIRE RESISTANCE (Kills the Immolation and Searing Pain).

Best fights are against Warlocks, especially if he has a Soul Shard and I have an ankh.

They can last for quite a while.

Warlocks back when I was a hunter were interesting... a desto lock I could usually mana down and get him drained so at least a party member would have an easier time with him as I bit the dust. Affliction was interesting, as I could usually crit them to death.. then die from their DoTs.. heh. I always chuckled at duel-deaths.

Pretty much concluded that shamans and warlocks are the most overpowered classes in the game.

Their allready good. A half-ass demo warlock can kill essentially anything, and thats now.

None of the classess except for mabey shaman get anything that even sounds this good.

the three dots are gonna kill you otherwise.. the three basic dots (Two of which are instant(If one has the talents for corruption)) are going to KILL YOU if you can't heal yourself.

But the dynamics of the game are changing. Crowd control means less in BC PvP, and fear is the crown jewel of PvP CC.

I stand completely by my previous statement. You haven't played the expansion. You don't know how it'll shake out.

Depends. Most of the really powerful Warlock hybrid builds are founded upon Demonic Sacrifice.

In my limited experience so far (lvl 47 Shadow Priest) I can say that when I PvP vs warlocks it end up being a Fear vs Psychic Scream duel, with the 'lock coming out on top 2/3 of the time, especially if the felhunter is out.

Sure my mana is greater, but they have the health and Lifetap to offset that. They have more DoTs than my SW:Pain, but my Vampiric Embrace offets that health ticking away for the most part. If needed I drop Shadowform and whip up a Flash Heal. My Mind Blasts and Flays > Shadowbolts. In the end it evens out and I expect after BC that will continue, like Daala says. The devs just wouldnt skew it in favor to one class that horribly.

If anyone (Daala? Shadowspeak?) has any pointers on what I should be trying to do vs Warlocks (assuming I'm missing something vital) Im all ears.

Shaman on the other hand give me migraines. Stupid Purge.. :x
Doesn't matter how often I silence and dispel magic them, they always seem to get that off on me..

Read my tip thingi in PvP callout forum. Thats pretty much the basics.

Silence right off the bat.
DoT, V embrace shield and drop shadowform while running forward.
Renew
Fear and hope the felhunter doesn't resist.
From there on M. Blast and flay and redot when needed. ANd dispel any DoT's on yourself. Keep healing ASAP.

I honestly cannot fight a soul-link'd warlock or a shadow priest right now.

I just flop around and die. The way my class is built, my rage generation goes to garbage fighting them.
