Born of the Grimtotem, Fhenrir spent the earlier years of his life growing up in their Tribe. After being kicked out, he was adopted by a respected elder of Thunder Bluff (Ghethen Phoenix). Fhenrir avoided efforts to be trained as a shaman and instead matured as a formidable warrior. He has since found love with Kaliera and is happily married, despite the loss of his adoptive father Ghethen.

A fine soldier of the Horde, and one I can trust with my life. His sword is always there defending the Horde's holdings, and he knows when to follow and when to lead. His strength is as unwaivering as the Might of the Horde, and his dedication to the warfront is exemplary.
He thinks to be a rival of me, as his past with Magatha's tribe still scars him. Be it friendly or not, when I return from my Alterac Post, I should perchance make an example out of brash young warriors (especially young in Tauren years) with shiny new weapons.
Fallacy

Perhaps, there are no others more skilled with a blade then Fhenrir. He tends to be overconfident, though, and often rushes head-on into situations that result in him requiring him a healer, but he comes through fine. He is also very competitive, and we're often taunting each other in attempts to push ourselves further in battle. Very effective, I think.

" .. I actually met this tauren a couple times. In both cases I was astonished at the decency and gentleness this imposing colossus of an individual demonstrated. Yes, I have no doubt his reputation is accurate and he is a force of nature on the battlefield. One look at him told me that. However I sense there is far more to this Shu'Halo warrior than brute strength. A gentle giant. "

The Shadowed voice whispers:"He smelled of steak and I was hungry.. had to keep myself cloaked to fight the urge to take a bite out of his rear... doubt very much that he even knew I was there... nobody knows I'm there anymore'" The voice chuckles, and then is gone.

He's so sweet! He helps me with questing and to become a better warrior.
Kaliera

A light blush crosses Kaliera's cheeks.
I've never met a bull quite like Fhenrir, here. Never once has he failed to bring a smile to my lips when I felt down, nor came to my side when I was in need of aid. I consider myself to be the luckiest Tauren alive to be so close to him.
I love you, Fhenrir Phoenix..
She smiles sweetly, shuffling her right hoof a bit against the ground below.

"Fhenrir. Heh, what a windbag! Always swingin' that weapon around on the battlefield and blatherin' one thing or another. S'pose that's what makes him so damn fun to hang around! And there's no denying the cow's got talent! He managed to beat ME after all!
Of course.. I was sorta sick.. I had the flu, I hadn't eaten in three days, hadn't slept in five, my eyes were kinda buggin' me, and..."

Argh, hes the one with the anti...me...kinda force field. Most likely gnomish in nature. Dont really hate him, but hes got quite a bit of luck, I will say that much. I also see him hanging around that other Tauren...with the nice hats. Not to shabby a fellow, and honorable if nothing else.

"Eh, he's not bad, for a tauren. And his fighting skills are decent too. His biggest flaw is that...well...he's a COW..."

"Steak! Yeah!
My plan to devour this elf-lover has been less successful than I had hoped. I figured after spending enough time in Alterac Valley he would've tenderized himself up nice, then collapsed from exhaustion. From there I would simply drag his corpse away and cook at will, after STABBING ANY NEARBY ELVES!!"
He's my favorite campfire buddy, and he sings a mean version of Kumbaya.

He shrugs lightly. "Don't really see him too often. Probably still mad and swinging that big sword of this around."

A skilled warrior, better than so many that I have fought. I would trust him with my life in battle, and lend him any aid I could.
Kurohane
10-20-2006, 12:40 PM
Kurohane sighs heavily, placing her drink on the table and leaning back in her chair. "He used to hold my respect... to the point that I even trusted him after a fashion - me, trusting someone in the horde. I should have known better." She shakes her head sadly, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "He turned out to be nothing more than a hypocrit. He railed against our attacks in Ashenvale, chewing Barke and I out for not using more peaceful tactics. He ranted about adding more defenses to Astranaar, setting up peace meetings with the Horde of the area, ecetera.
"So what did he turn around and do? He not only led an attack upon Astranaar in return, in so many ways going against the very things he had said to us, those with him murdered civillians. Not a single civillian was touched in our attack."
She frowns, shaking her head again, letting the thoughts trail off into silence.

I Enjoy fighting beside this Warrior, he can handle himself and knows how to adapt to my style, once in a while his anger gets a hold of him and he charges head long into a dangerous fight, but he definatly fights better then me.

This is quite the silly cow, but he is always up for a good time, I like that. I still have fond memories of the night we finally gained access to Kel'Thuzad's fortress... Yes good times indeed.

A month or so after the initial interview...
Kurohane chuckles to herself. "What, my views of Fhenny now? Oh, we've had our disagreements, but even on opposite sides of the line, I still consider him family. I'd happily protect him and Kali with my life."

Fhenrir Phoenix. I met him at Danyxandra and Morgauth's wedding.
He puts up walls. Well he... IS his own wall. Not to mock the size of Tauren for they are massive and cuddly. While we stood around talking to him, he would not dismount from a rather irritated wolf. I know it was to make us feel uneasy, but it made me instead pity him and wonder... why put up that barrier?

Fhenrir is the strongest person I know. After watching him in battle, I was in awe....No, it wasn't awe, it was attraction. Later in the day, after seeing his actions in battle, I accidently screamed out his name during sex with someone. Embarassing to say the least.
If I ever get the chance to sleep with a tauren, I want it to be him. And yes, I will have a soulstone handy to reform my body.

I talked with Fhenrir the other day. Since my transformation, he was one of the first people I met. We had some interesting discussion, and I am in awe of his prowess. I hope one day when I regain my power that I can be as strong, and as humble, as him.

I have met Fhenrir but a few times. I've always thought it a pity. I have great respect for him, and wish I knew him better. I still hope to fight by his side someday ... now *that* will be glorious. /salute

A fine tauren specimen, he definitely looks good when he's wearing his warrior's gear. While I only know him from brief discussions in Shattrath, I would definitely be interested in hitting a battleground with him by my side sometime.

Mae sneezes!
"Oh I'm starting to feel better.. thank you! Fhenrir? Yes I know him! He and his wife caught me just yesterday while Koda and I were playing "Chase the Children" in Lower City!
They're an adorable couple, and Fhenrir's a very.. uhm.. big, presence! If Only I spoke Tauren I'm sure we could have a wonderful conversation about how much fun it is to squish mages!" Mae giggles, nods, then sneezes again.

Come to think of it, when you bring his name up.. yea I remember now. Wow. It's been a long time. You might not believe this but I use to have sort of a school girl crush on this bull. Talk about being young and nieve, Fhenrir.. really. *shook her head with a chuckle*
No that crush ended when I met his mate, she was the druid I wanted to be.. my crush ended with him and passed on to her. She was my inspiration for being how I am now. I wonder how they are both doing, I met my mate Rannoc.. and well lost contact with them, I should look him up and catch up on old times.

This warrior seems normal. Normal for an incredibly powerful man as far as fighting goes. He has saved my existence a few times, and donated to the Ogrimmar Orphanage. I'd say this, "Fhenrir," is to be respected for his loyalty to his brothers in arms and his incredible skill and prowess.

"Ah... Fhenrir."
Xara cracks a grin.
"He seems more at home fightin' next ta someone than tryin' ta make conversation with 'em. But when he does open his mouth, he's smarter than you'd think. He keeps me on my toes fer sure."
Now I know I look good.
I know I'm cute.
But really, I'm a blood elf. He's a tauren. We can never work out! I just can't take it! I'm sorry, but maybe in another life somewhere else.

My, um, soon to be father in-law. Of course, I'd heard plenty of him before I met Raina, so our first meeting went about the way I expected it. Lots of nervousness and threats against my life. It's understandable from a father, and gods know I deserved no less. I won't disappoint him, however, as Raina's mate and protector.

A fighting friend, I think I heard a story about him wrestling a crocolisk it might have been a big turtle though, or was it a monkey? Either way I have seen him break an elf in half so it's best that he doesn't hate me.
..I'm not sure what he thinks about my making fun all the time, but I really do appreciate all he's done for me. A good tauren if there ever was one and I think he might just be one of the only ones.
