Memories. They can be good and they can be bad. It all depends on your point of view. Redburn has quite a few good memories, and a few painful ones.

The day he first met Morghoul, when he and Redburn were both living and working in Andorhal. That is a good memory.

The night that Morghoul introduced Redburn to Mordant and the Prophecies of ST. Gregarion. That is a very good memory.

The morning that Redburn killed his own family as proof of his loyalty to The Crimson Lord. While necessary because of the chaos it unleashed, is still a very bad memory.

The day The Crimson Lord offered him immortality as a reward for his unwavering loyalty. That is a good memory. And to think, all it took was just to eat a little grain.

The day that Morghoul revealed the existence of The Crimson Watch to Redburn. That is a good memory.

Studying the effects of Chaos and Entropy on both the Horde and Alliance. Those are some amusing memories.

Watching Morghoul play with Liadain’s severed finger. Like a cat with a play toy. That is a good memory.

Reading Yomi Nitesong’s C.O.R.P.S.E journal when she wasn’t looking. That is an entertaining memory.

The night that Kurohane Ravenveil and her accursed friends killed Yomi Nitesong and took the Toymaker from The Crimson Lord. That is a very bad memory.

The day that The Crimson Watch was torn apart and The Forgotten Legion was founded. That is a bad memory, but it just goes to prove that even The Crimson Watch is not immune to Chaos if The Crimson Lord so decrees.

The number of times that The Crimson Watch took Tram and Boat rides at the expense of the Alliance. Oh what fun memories those are.

The day that Morghoul was to take on a special mission for The Crimson Lord, the meaning of which meant his stepping down as Leader of The Crimson Watch. That memory is both a good and bad one. Good for the honor bestowed upon Morghoul and bad at the extended absence of a mentor and friend.

The day that The Crimson Lord bestowed the leadership of The Crimson Watch on Gornin, a disciple of Morghoul’s. That was a proud day for Redburn as he had watched Gornin grow in strength and power from his 1st days in The Crimson Watch.

The day that The Crimson Lord gave The Crimson Watch a gift, the restoration of Yomi Nitesong in all her demented glory. That is perhaps the greatest of Redburn’s memories.

But it has come time to make some more new memories. It has been a while, but tonight The Crimson Watch is going for a boat ride.

((I got a little reminiscent tonight while we were doing some World PVP with the Boats to Auburdine and Theramore. ))
