Thinking about transferring back w/DK tank

Hey everyone.

I have been thinking about xfering back over.
Currently my guild has been plugging away in ICC25 2 nights a week and ICC10 on Sat.

In 10man I have yet to kill LK and Sindragosa.
In 25man, abit less progression.

*Reasons for wanting to xfer*
Past few weeks there has been a large amount of people in my guild that have been hacked and the GM took it upon himself to require all member to acquire Authenticators by a certain date or you will be removed from the game.
Plus, people that cannot follow basic directions and lack of raiders showing up on raid nights.

*About me*
I know I might have got a bad rap for trolling, I do appologize for that.
I would be changing my DK's name on transfer.
I havent role played much if any with him, but I am not against it.
I have been one of my guild MT's so I dont have much of a dps set, really I have been passing on alot of that stuff. I really enjoy tanking and I think I do a good job.


I am looking for a guild in need of a tank or backup tank. I have alot of patience for learning curve things and enjoy playing the game.

Unsure what you are looking for. If you want to come back to a raiding group - you might want to apply on guild websites (since very few raiding guild leaders are on the TNG).

Ya, to find a raid group. Looking back over my post, I think I got distracted by a phone call and my thought proces got messy.

I dont even know what guilds are around that raid. I guess I'll post on the realm forums.

There is not much hope for *progression* groups needing a tank. If you just want a fun group to hang out with and try to progress you might find something. I had to leave the server to find what I was looking for in a raid group.

I fail to see how either of those things are bad. Authenticated accounts have a less likelihood of resulting in guild banks getting pillaged and used to feed the gold farmer's means of making money. Pillaged guild banks, in general, are an aggravating hassle to resolve and do nothing but hurt other guild members who could legitimately use items within them. Repeated hackings and pillagings are even less fun to deal with.

Also... people failing to follow directions usually means people don't want to listen to bother paying attention, and that hurts all the other raiders that want to put their time and effort in to getting shit done and not wasting time, gold, and items on pointless wipes because some idiot/jackass who just wants to sit there and smash their face on buttons doesn't want to put forth any effort... especially when it's very likely other people might be getting benched who could easily do better by, at the very least, not standing in fires.

As for people not showing up, sometimes life happens and you have to miss a raid without being able to tell anyone about it. Maybe that does or does not prevent the entire raid from happening... who knows... but chronic tardiness or absence is more than enough reason to enforce some stricter attendance rules.

If you want to join a guild that isn't strict at all and doesn't care about how people perform, then that's cool... but wanting that and expecting to see LK drop? Not likely you're going to get both of those on this server or anywhere else.
