Only time I PVP is

1) BG's.. duh
2) Defense (I'm being attacked, someone else is being attacked)
3) Pre-emptive Defense (This is mostly around Instances when we're gathering a group/raid and waiting for stragglers and don't want to worry about someone trying to wack us during the warlock summon)
