First gnome I've ever drawn with a attempt to actually be serious. Was hard so its not as clean or defined in a stance as I would like.

Last but not least, Omy.

It was hard to make a picture that I thought captured her attitude, but I love how the pose turned out and may add more gadgets etc if I color it or ever redraw her.

The Omy pose is especially dynamic.

One thing you might want to work on is making sure all the detail you put in (which is admirable) is correctly wrapped around the form of the body. If it helps, think of the body naked first and in the round, rather than simply two dimensional, and then add belts and such from there. A number of them (particularly in the first piece, although the embroidery on her chest area is odd on this one) are good, but others don't make as much sense.

Hehe Thanks :) Armour...will and always will be for now very hard for me. Give me a clothy to draw any day. And in fayune's picture she was wearing the druid t9 so it was all...blah? I dunno haha. I think I having posing down which used to be my /biggest/ problem of all. I definitely will work more on my armour, and have been digging around different sites to study it. Dags would prolly look better had I not been so worried about making him not look completely stupid haha as gnomes just are interesting to draw.

I did those as sketches and then scanned and reworked the lines with a tablet, very low resolution though as I was just messing around and felt creative.

I really like Daigil's armor actually, it feels very imaginative, sort of antiquated, fits with my perception of his character. Thing about gnomes and goblins in WoW is that the proportions are VERY top-heavy, legs and feet are really wide, short, and almost an afterthought.

Dwarves as well to an extent.

And good techique with your lines, tablet too!

=O Ya know, I've been a little......odd about the idea of letting someone else draw my characters, but....you really got Omy down, didn't you? =) I love the little stuff in the belt, and you got all my little bits of character flair (the scrap of tabard! The chip! AH!) and captured the fun of her, very well. ^_____^

Your Commander....she is pleased. *rubs chin*

And I love mah gnome. <3 <3 Daigil has to be my favorite! He's already commented (a few times) that he can't wait for the next D&D game so he can use it.

Also Syn I normally wouldn't care and if you want once I get my other character commissions out of the way I wouldn't mind drawing you something to colour perhaps, but on these ones I have to say no >_<;

This is Trini, a warlock in Dusk Watch. She is supposed to be wearing BOA gear and I know I didn't put a tree on the tabard once more >_>
So...yeah I know the armor and staff are lacking in some ways haha, I did spend a lot of time trying to get the details and angles down right, but sometimes you just gotta stop and let it be finished.

D'aww! Trini! I'll always have a soft spot for the Dusk Watch warlock who happened to be sitting in the small house on the farm in Arathi Highlands on the coast that you have to swim to when I logged back into my mage, who also was sitting in that house. She took that one-shot in stride! <3
