Gauging Interest: A Troll Tribe

So, you know, I was chatting with a friend of mine, who will remain nameless at this point, when I commented that Reese Witherspoon's last name sounds like a troll tribe. It was an awesometastic joke, I lol'd... and then I thought it would be awesome to get a bunch of people together to level up and be trollses and whatnought.

The basic thing I'm thinking is that we've split from the Sen'jin trolls for *SOME REASON* and, while maintaining our place in the horde, we formed our own tribe of trolls. So now we're free.

I don't know a ton about troll lore (I'll be reading up on it tonight, when I have more time) but I think that the basic structure would be something like having a Shaman, a Chief, and a Warboss, mebbe? I'm really only interested in being the warboss dude, and will be making a bio for my troll later, if people are interested.

So, anyone else interested? Anyone else wanna join in on this?

A good idea, imo. I wouldn't make it into a guild though...too many "specialty" guilds are around. As a non-chartered organization, a Tribe would be good. A chat channel to communicate in, and people wouldn't have to de-guild to join.

It's still a good idea. Don't let the cynics discourage you. More than one person having the same idea means more than one person will have a passion for implementing it. Check with Aphraelle or Sowell to see if you can combine your efforts.

It's not much, just an alt guild in Raven Cross. We're blue-skinned troll engineers. I'm working on the backstory now which is rather awesome if I do say so myself. We only play when we're on at the same time... level 23 now I think. Irontoe is leaving though and I don't see it turning into a giant guild. The whole point was to play as a tight group as we level. I'll put the story up in a week I suspect and if people like the idea enough then more can join and we can get a real charter I suppose.

My troll group looks like it's falling apart before it really got started. Most reroll things do for some reason...go figure. Anyway, I have a 23 troll shaman engineer who would join a troll guild, but I'll be most active elsewhere.

Honestly, I'd love to get my troll hunter into this. I just want a very organized clan. Rites of passage, a communism sense to the tribe (RP of course.), "coming of age" quests to prove your value to the clan, etc.

I'd help tonight but.. I'm still having troubles getting WoW up and running.

I only just got back to this server, so I dont know about the previous troll tribes, but I haven't seen one get really big yet. If I didnt have to leave Esoterikos, I would certainly join on Bozzy.
