So there's a competition running currently for Team Fortress 2 with the latest Class Updates to make some Demoman or Soldier themed propaganda, and given how much fun I had with my previous propaganda attempt (http://diomades.deviantart.com/art/They-Are-Prepared-99757895) along with a healthy dose of boredom, I decided I'd try my hand at some TF2 themed stuff. I wanted to make it a bit more simple this time around, and I'm pretty damn happy with how it came out.

Demoman was the class I played to learn how to play TF2, so I had to choose it!

I've always been a craptastic demoman. Could you maybe share some strategies you use while playing?

In other words, what makes you a good demoman?

WELL IF I WERE A BAD DEMOMAN-

Basics of Demoman:

- Sticky traps are good. Pretty simple.

MISTAKES THAT THE VAST MAJORITY OF DEMOMEN MAKE WHICH MAKE THEM MEDIOCRE:

- Using the grenade launcher at long range against one target. Stop being bad, you'll never hit him if he knows how to move. Use stickies to juggle and AoE him down while you avoid his shots. Sticky bombs are incredibly versatile.

- Firing all 4 grenades at once when using it to pressure an enemy. Fire 2, that's all you need for a kill, reload, and fire again, you always want to have some in backup in case someone comes around the corner. When they're that close, it's easy to aim and just KABLOOIE them to kingdom come.

Rest is practice.

When I played Demoman I'd ambush people I'd set myself up in an area I KNOW they will pass through. Slap down sticky grenades around a door frame, ceiling or corner in such a way that their direction of approach will not let them see the grenades. Blow people up as they pass through, rinse and repeat.

My record for longest life and most kills in one life is as a Demoman because of that.

Most kills is spy, longest life is engineer.

12 kills, 10 minute life.

My most POINTS is a medic though, I had 20.

12 minute life as engi, most kills AND points as Sniper, 10 and 14 respectively.
