Going to make this a link, as there is some question about ( NSFW) in the title really making it obvious there is nudity and nibbley-bits involved.
No. He's not touching himself, he's covering himself, a razor-fine distinction I know.
Not Satanic Porn, seriously. (http://foresthermit.artisticfire.com/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=256&g2_serialNumber=1)

EDIT2: Constructive critique re-instated at request of artist!
I like it! Lighting is just superb, anatomy is pretty spot-on, and the hands are very expressive, the piece combined with the title evokes some powerful imagery, and I don't mean the pornographic kind.
However, here's a few things I've noticed:
- Blue reflected light? I can understand the color theory, but it seems too... bright. Too prominent for that high of a hue. Darken it up some, blend it in maybe? It just seems too... loud for the rest of the pic, which has a subdued feel (lighting-wise) to it.
- His right leg (our left) looks odd, I assume it's being covered at the bottom by the cushion? I think maybe softening the blue would eliminate most of the confusion with this too.
- Consider darkening up the left side of the top of the cushion/chair/thing, it doesn't seem like it'd be getting much light.
Seriously impressive on the background, I know I don't have that kind of patience.
Keep it up!

[Edit] < cough> sorry about my initial response, I was tired and frustrated when I posted it, with in fact some of the things you mentioned but hey.
I do appreciate -contructive- critisicm.
- the blue light isn't reflective. It has no purpose for being other than to be a loud cool-toned offset to what is otherwise a too-subdued and warmed toned pic. Admittedly, I didn't intend for it to be -quite- that vibrant, but once I got done tweaking the colour levels it simply couldn't be helped < shrug>
I did drop the ball on the chair. Live and learn, his leg is pushed up slightly, but mostly the problem with that leg is the robes covering where his knee should be, messing up the perspective. Another thing I didn't notice untill far too late to fix it. Meh.

At first I was wondering if I mis-posted, but then I believe I have uncovered the meaning that you don't like/weren't looking for constructive critique?
-shrug-
Okay.

OH GAWDS ART MODERATOR POSTING TIMEZ-
1- Yes, the image is in a mild sexual nature, but no actual sexual act is being performed. As the OP states, it IS a razor thin line, however, the thread is TAGGED already, so anyone finding this unnacceptable most likely didn't want to see something like this, but decided to click anyways. It's happened before, you know who you are.
2- Even though nothing 'wrong' was said, I personally feel, as an artist mostly and not as a moderator, constructive criticism should never be discouraged. However, sometimes people post things just to post them, not necessarly with a critique in mind. Thats equally fine as well. Both the poster (this is a general statement, not to Kovan or Yat), and people wishing to post any critiques should never take it personal when one is given, as they can occasionally seem 'cruel' or 'mean' but its really just the way people learn in art.
3- ...Seriously? Grow up just a tad please. I understand Mortica wants there to be some proper posting when it comes to imagry such as these, but Kovan ACTUALLY DID THEM CORRECTLY. My choice of moving the image to a link was to 'sate the masses', so to speak. Everyone wins. The art is still here for viewing, WITH A WARNING TAG, and the image isn't in direct view incase someone 'accidentally' opens the link, be it in the pressence of children, or actually at work, or because they may, or may not be illiterate.
It's a well done piece, the artist knows my views. MODERATION POWERS...OFF!

The blue looks good, the picture wouldn't pop as much without it, it just draws too much attention to itself in its current form.

That is a nice rack.
Picture turned out great, glad you had the patience to finish it. And I know there's like man bits and stuff but I like the candles a lot for some reason.
