Look at the Horde city in the Blade Edge Mountains region!
Thunderlord Stronghold.
Thunderlord Stronghold
ONE OF THE OLD HORDE CLANS IS BACK, BABY!
There's also Shadowmoon Village in Shadowmoon Valley... which suggests the Shadowmoon clan survived, and joined the Horde as well... odd since they were Ner'zhul's clan, but eh...
I can't get enough of this.
THE OLD HORDE WITH THE NEW!
Oh, and for you alliance types, I guess Alleria's still alive... unless that place is just named in honor of her. I've heard that most of those old alliance heroes from the WCII Expansion survived, not sure if that's true or not.

Khadgar, they hinted he's still alive in TBC, considering he has some kind of outpost.

Let's see...
Fortress Auchindoun (Bleeding Hollow Clan Capital and one of the largest cities in Draenor) was supposedly also going to be a city AND a dungeon.
THunderlord Stronghold? Of course they survived. Orgrim was the previous chieftain of the THunderlord Clan before he left for the Horde. My theory of clan dynamics suggests that all frostwolves were once thunderlords as well. In fact, Fenris was the last captain of the Scythegore Arm, the most infamous cavalry battallion in WarCraft History.
A troll post eh? Well, it was well known that a horde of Witherbark and Revantusk trolls joined the Horde in going back to Draenor. Most joined the Cannibalistic Clan of the Bonechewers. THe Bonechewers did indeed retain the swamp area this troll village resides. Perhaps good ol' Tagar Spinebreaker still lives?
...A town called Aeris? What the fuck?!

Spoilers!
Auchindoun is ruins, now, but is also a multi-winged dungeon, in an area called the Bone Wastes. Otherwise, I haven't seen much else to Terrokar.
Area 52 is a goblin town. Not too much about it, but there is a ruined Alliance town, and several mana-harvesting structures scattered about.
Aeris ain't much of a town, from what I've seen of it, only a bunch of portal-like objects. Oshu'gun seems to me to be much more of a town, built into a giant white mountain. However, out of all the areas, Nagrand is perhaps the most complete so far.
Of course, it's not hard to figure that the Cenarian Refuge is a new Cenarian Circle town.
Blade's Edge Mountains, from what I've seen, is the place where the most of the Old Horde survived after the explosion. The whole valley is lined with encampments. I've also come across various ruins of old camps, belonging to the Bleeding Hollow and Burning Blade clans.
The Netherstorm is almost completely innavigable without a flying mount. Huge gaps that lead into the Twisting Nether seperate the land, making it like floating islands. There are a couple spots you can walk across, but the area is still unfinished, so it's hard to say what it'll actually be like.
Hellfire Penninsula is almost split in half between the Horde and Alliance near the Dark Portal, Alliance to the south with Honor Hold, and Horde to the north with Thrallmar (Yes, Thrall now has his own city named after him). After the Citadel, the area becomes much more open.
Shadowmoon Valley is the worst. It can be thought of as if Felwood and Searing Gorge were mixed together. The whole area is being ripped apart, and giant plumes of green lava are sent into the air. Demons have set up several "forge camps" to build horrific, giant machines. The Black Citadel sits at the edge, close to falling into the Nether, and it covers a very large area.
Note, also, these areas are huge. In the sandbox, I could run several times the normal, and it would take me at least ten minutes to travel across Nagrand.

By the way, there's also a "secret" to the map, if you click on things in the right order.

Look at the stars near the word Outlands as you click on zones, then piece it together.
