im having trouble resizing the animations due to the fact that when i do...their not animated anymore :(

i got the animation set up (of draenei dancing) but i need to down size it

I did figure out a way but i cant get it to 10KB or smaller :(

Well Clys set my gif at 150 by 150 (and is set for 30 frames with a delay of .05) so that's the size of my frolicking avatar, and we link offsite. It's hard to get a gif like this down to a real small size.
