I'm having thoughts. Bad, bad thoughts... thoughts that are evil and horrible in nature.
In short, I'm finding that I crave to play a Draenai.
STUPID BLIZZARD!!
I just... I hate elves... and the Draenai are interesting looking, and their voices and emotes are great, and I love their mounts, and everything about them is awesome (except the shaman thing ><), but...
...I dunno if I can bring myself to play Alliance!
It would be on another server, because LIKE HELL am I ever going to delete Vilmah. Prolly make her on Venture Co. with Viscera or something, but...
Yeah...
My dillemma.
Any advice?

Kill..... er..... a Drae -- wait, no......
What are their mounts?
I suggest you play a Draenei on The Venture Co. but roleplay that character to hate the rest of the Alliance in general!

Its okay Vilmah, I'm pretty anoyed with it too.. blood elves are like the uber emo-red headed step cousins of Night elves.. and I hate night elves with a passion (which is why I think I was all to happy to shed maemae for sinda ;p)
What'll be be happening is that I'll roll a draeni mage on TN and a Blood elf either warlock or mage (prolly lock) on TVC and then end up never playing either one ;p

read the lore of the blood elves before you make that assumption...
They're arrogant and they're pissed. that =\= emo. Just their emotes are a bit over the top.
As a side note, the draenei look HORRID (at least the males). Their zones are meh, and generally it appears that blizz has put more time into the BEs.

alright, I'll let you guys in on a secret.
I plan on starting a draenei guild with the expansion.
This guild will be placed on the same server as pvprp.com's Blood Elf guild, the Bloodspring Cadre (http://www.pvprp.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5144). They will be our primary foes. I have talked to Callehn (formerly Meara), the admin of pvprp.com a bit over PM's about this, so I think this will be an excellent chance to mix it up with some fresh role-player blood.
Currently they are planning on rolling on a new rp-pvp server, assuming one comes out with the expansion. If Blizzard drops the ball yet again and makes no new rp-pvp realms, then the server will most likely be The Venture Co. I don't think they've made a firm decision on this, however.
I am still working out some details and some designs, which is why I haven't publically announced this yet. I want to get the rules setup and the site opened so the foundation can be solid. Unlike the Venture Co guild, where I purposely made the guild generic so that everyone could be included no matter what type of character they are, this guild will be very strict on standards and expectations.
What does this mean for the Gazette and Mortica? You shouldn't see any changes. TNG and Mortica will be around till someone pries the keyboard from my dead fingers.
I will let you know when I have more details.

Which is why I want to roll one, actually. I like rolling the underdog. I love their models. I love how they're not perfect supermodels, and how their females have HOOVES. And TAILS.
And no, I'd never drop Viscera.
And Mortica......... can I join?

I disagree. I think the female Draenei are WAY too good looking. Granted, it's all because Blizzard likes fan service, but still, come on, they're just as "pretty" as elves.

Are you serious? To me, they're about as "pretty" as cockroaches.

They're skinny, shapely, and much more appealing than the males. They're not as 'monstrous' as their male counterparts, and I think that was purely based on the sex appeal approach.

Um, don't take this wrong...
You might want to get out more.

Hey, there's a Nadea in my bedroom. I've got all that I need <3
But seriously, huge cutdown on the face-tenticles, very soft facial features....they just look -nothing- like the males!

Fixed!

I agree with Keraph. At least to me, they're more attractive that human or nelf females.

I totally agree, which is sort of why I wasn't interested at first, but they have HOOVES! And yeah, total fanservice aside, they have awesome accents. Kinda talk like my mom. I do wish they had the chin tentacles, though. =(

Single Female Draenei seeks Blacksmith with grinding stone to take care of me and my perfect hooves!
Yeah I'm right there with you, except that female dwarves are still #1 in my book. But don't forget the HORNS! <3 <3 <3 Seriously, I like the ir look way more than the Belf look. Maybe it's because they seriously remind me of like, the bastard love child of the Trolls and Satyrs from Changeling... *nerd*

Personally? Im going to roll a BE on Twisting Nether. And a Dranei, probably on Venture Co. Though Mortica, lemme know more about that guild- I may want to take part in it!
I think the male dranei are disgusting. Like they should be. The females...I also think are too pretty. But I'm going to roll a female, cause I don't think I could *play* a male. I'd have to play in like, first person or something xP
I don't think the females should be as pretty as they are...nor should they have sexy accents >.> I am a personal fan of the female dranei. BUT thier bodies resemble the Succubus WAY too much. Thats all ^^;;

Agreed. I think they'd be cooler with more tentacles.
But I can't get over all of the BE's having green eyes. >< I can't play a character with green or blue eyes. One of my personal RP things.

You're not alone, there. Every time I see them my fingers itch for my precious, precious dice.
