The blood swirled and pooled on the ground as it seeps and drips from the walls. The small elf boy next to her looking unperturbed by the situation. Redempto frowns, blood didn't bother her, but this was a lot... and swimming in it wasn't something she wanted to do. Even if it wasn't in the physical word. She casts Levitate one the boy and herself, the two figures standing a few inches above the rising red liquid.

The elf boy speaks, frowning, “The deeper you go... the harder it gets for your physical body. I will tel you when you may be going to far in.”

The priestess smiles saying noting, continuing on down the maze. After a few steps they com across a large door, like the one she entered to come into this corporal world.

The boy speaks again; “I would not suggest the black door in the middle... its vary scary. HE lives there.”

“Who?” The priestess asks.

“The Pale Horse Assassin. He is vary scary. The blood from the walls comes from his room. Can we please not go in there.?”

She looks at the massive door, then at the walls and the rising blood. She steps forward and touches the door, giving it an inquisitive push.

The door creeks as it opens, the sound increasing in volume as she entered inside. The small elven child tugged at her hand trying to change her mind. She turned to him and before she could say anything they were violently pulled into the room. The door slammed shut behind them and everything went black.

She was awoken by the small child and as she opened her eyes all she could see was white. She stood up and began looking around. There seemed to be nothing in the surrounding area, just white. The large door was no longer there. She turned her attention back the small child as he began to speak. “Can you hear it? Can you hear the pale horse? It is galloping towards us. It increases in speed with every step it takes.”

She looks around the empty plane in a state of confusion. She could not hear anything. She could not see anything.

"Its here Miss Rede...Im scared."

That is when she heard the blowing sounds of the horse right by her ear.

::Rede grits her teeth, her first instincts to protect the innocent. She flings him behind her against the wall, tossing a bubble on the boy. Eyeing the riderless skeletal horse, the white almost hurting her eyes. She makes a wide circle keeping the elf away from her, she puts two fingers to her mouth giving a sharp long whistle.::

"What can I do to help this creature? Hes mad and wild...." She asks the child elf, her eyes never leaving the horse.

The small elven boy's eyes grew wide with terror. His lips moved but no sound came out of his throat. She repeated the question in a stricter tone snapping the boy out of his paralyzed state. He looked at her, his bright green eyes showing fear. "We should not have come here. We should have kept moving...we should not have followed the trail of blood...leading to...the pale horse."

The words echoed in the wall less corridor. The horse trotted violently, circling her. Its gaze stuck on her.

"You were asked." "To Tread." "Carefully." The voices spoke one after the other in perfect timing. "Now you are." "going to." "DIE!" The three figures appeared around the elven boy. "However." "If you so chose." "You may start all over again." "You." "Will be." "Given." "One." "More." "Chance."

The horse neared Rede, it stood on its hind legs and came down swiftly smashing the floor missing the Ambassador.

She looked that the three sounding the Priestesses new ward. She tossed a bubble around the child again, fortifying him more. It would take a act of god to break that... or her dieing.

"I will not turn back, nor will I let you terrorize his mind further." She griped the hilt of her sword at her back, her staff in hand. As a paladin or a priest she was going to make it passed this, with the boy in toe. "Leave now, or suffer my wrath."

The three figures looked at Rede and laughed simultaneously. "We are not." "Here to." "Kill the boy." "We are not." "Here to." "Terrorize this man." "If you." "Have not." "noticed." "We are." "here." "To help."

The three figures backed away from the boy and moved towards Rede. The stood behind her and whispered into her ears. "You." "Can not fight." "Him." "He will." "Destroy." "You."

They slowly backed away and awaited her response once more. The horse began to rage even further.

"Make." "Your." "Choice." "But." "Be." "Quick."

"I will not stand down."

::she eyes the figures, motioning the boy to her.::

"I mean no harm here, but I will not stand down" ::she keeps her attention on the three, never forgetting the horse circling her.::
