I was doing some random browsing and came across this site: http://www.wowraiding.com where I found this bit of advice:
The commandments for game addiction survival
Thou shalt not play so much that it harms real life work endeavors. One must be able to pay the monthly subscription.
Thou shalt not let the game generate too much aggro. Don’t let the game enrage you to the point that you are going to suffer a heart attack. Remember it is a game that you play for fun.
Thou shalt not forsake the pursuit of earthly pleasures. Go forth and find yourself a girl or boy, having a partner keeping you from going afk while on a bio break is invaluable.
Thou shalt not grow to 700lbs. This is to ensure that you live to see the next expansion. This is not a mandatory commandment, but rather a preference of blizzard management :)
