"The Argent Confessor achievement for the fight against Argent Confessor Paletress is probably the most interesting one. According to some datamining I did on the creatures it seems that this encounter will let you experience previous fights with bosses from past dungeons/expansions.

I'm fairly sure as well. I also think some of these are jokes, what with the "I've had worse" achievement being barred from 20% of classes. I wouldn't put it past Blizzard to start putting jokes into their PTR code for the dataminers to find and get excited about.

That said, this memory thing does seem ligit, and I'm terribly excited.

She makes another mob that attacks thats a -shadow- from your past. He doesn't use the same abilities he used as a shadow I think, guess we'll see when the servers up.

Yeah when I first put this up there was no info on whether it was a 5 or 25 man boss.. just achievement data-mining.

Well, last night in 5-man we fought Hakkar, the General from AQ and Onyxia before we figured out how to manage that fight. The Black Knight was a let-down after her.

The new instance is fun!

Fun, but fucking hard.

I have yet to finish it on either PvE character.

We got Heigan the Unclean.
We did what we always do to him, and put him back into his grave.

The difficult of this fight is a matter of the RNG I think, but we had no trouble. (The three immediately after you dismount though...)

That fight is easier to just DIE and come back in and start them


They are hard because you don't know what you're getting until it starts, and no matter what THE DWARF FUCKING SUCKS.

We ran in on heroic having done no research on any of the fights. Managed it with only 4 wipes. 3 on the dismounted champions (We had a sucky combo, shaman, warrior & rogue), 1 on the Confessor. (We got Entropius both pulls.)

It was kinda fun learning the fights without outside assistance.

The pally is way easier. (Though granted I've only seen him on regular so far) The confessor can get kind of annoying since while you're fighting the 'memory' she's immune to all damage and taunts and just smites the hell out of everyone while putting renew on your target. If you don't have a class that can take it off, annoying.

The dwarf rogue hits like a truck, and she takes damage like she's in plate.


We wiped about 3 times because of first shitty combo (Warrior, rogue, mage) came back to another shitty combo (Warrior, rogue, hunter). We ended up just disbanding before we got saved.

That warrior is annoying on heroic. Mortal strike on the tank is bad. I didn't notice him doing it on normal, but that may just be because after doing it on heroic, regular was cake.

The night elf hunter pissed me off. She won't move.. EVER, and you need to watch the warrior heroic leaping all over your friends, but you can't move, cause then the hunter will just shoot everyone.

That and the warrior uses whatever that is to throw the tank across the arena and then charge. If you don't start moving back the second you land your healer is screwed because the ranger will wtfpwn them.

You forgot the part where when he throws the tank, he turns him around and faces him away first so that the other 2 can hit him from behind.

Plus that means you can't target the ranger from mid-air and charge when you land...

Somehow, it's even more annoying than starting CoS. Maybe because there isn't even any voice acting to go with it.

I enjoy the intro because I have the crusader title and they present swerto like he's some badass.
