I have a question!

How do we handle Blood Marks without Vengents? There was that unoffical signup in the last thread, and I'm curious as to how that is to be. IS there to be a signup for potential Blood Marks, listing their crimes, that someone can pick up as vengeant?

OOC: You can take out a contract on anyone you want. Someone does not have to be a Blood Mark to be a target. A Blood Mark is just someone who has agreed to abide by the rules of the Sanguinary. So, if there is someone you have a grudge against, you can go place a bounty on them immediately.

She blinks, fingertips lightly tracing over the text, then smiles a little. Rarely could she take care of those that she saw dishonor in, but with this organization of hunters, she could lay down justice by proxy. Pulling her ink bottle and quill out of her well-used travel kit, she scripts out a note on the bottom of the flier.

"Lelenia Baenre hearby places a fifty gold bounty upon the head of the tauren named Devolution, for past deeds and dispicable actions"

Smiling a bit, she tucks away her kit, and heads back into Blackrock.

OOC: Yep, already throwing down this one on someone that I feel deserves to be wacked a few times over. Also, add Lelenia to your roster for posting, collecting, and being the target of, said bounties.

No, no, I meant...can we sign up to be a Blood Mark with rp justification, but nobody to 'sponsor' us as a Vengeant?
