I do have an idea for a character, and I'm working on Voljaan's death. I just wanted to see what you all had to say before making my decision.

Well, you have a few choices.

1) Delete your toon, reroll Alliance - find out the grass isn't greener on the other side... regret your decision.

2) Buy another account - test out the waters. Find out you like it - delete second account, live your merry life as a candy ass Alliance.

3) Make an Alliance on another server. See if you like the "feel" of the Alliance. If you do? Step 2. If you don't? Step 4.

4) Really, really think about it. Why do you want to reroll? Is it boredom? Roleplay? End game? Personal? Make sure you make the decision - because nobody likes a flip-flop.

5) Throw in your chips and go for the MONEY!

Personally, I enjoy the Alliance. I *love* playing my dwarf... but the world isn't full of dwarves. I enjoy Horde, and my experience on three servers has established that I am Horde.

Well, I've already done step 3, and don't want to go to the trouble of a second account. And while there may be less lesbians, that's what makes the game interesting! You look at someone and wonder 'Hmm... will I have a chance, or is she just another lesbian'?

I am really thinking about it, and I just think I'd like playing Alliance more.

Abric pretty much hit this topic right on the dot (er, not with the quote snippet, but with his whole post, althought the snippet does have a damn good point...). I barrowed a friend's account for a few weeks to try out a gnome mage on this server. While I enjoyed being able to be chummy with the folks I've been fighting over the past year, it just wasn't my style. The feel just wasn't right. I haven't logged onto that gnome since my decision two months ago.

That's pretty much how I feel whenever I make an Alliance character. Doesn't feel like home. It's essentially the same game, but... it just feels so weird. Like I'm out of place.

For all those interested, I haven't actually done anything yet, but my NE is going to be named Verloren, which is Dutch for 'lost'. It'll make more sense when I get around to wrinting a story.

Edit: Due to 'Verloren' being taken, it is instead 'Verloran'. Not much difference, but I would have preferred the first one.
