Voljaan

All the hard work I put into Voljaan (not much, now that I think about it) is gone. Looking back, I blame myself. Why?
Ok, here's the story. I had 2 Trolls on TN, Voljaan and Boju, a priest. I wanted to concentrate on Vol, and I didn't like priests much anyway, so I was going to delete my priest. I had just logged on when I got a call from work asking me to come in early. I'm not one to turn down extra money, but I needed to hurry to get there on time, so I asked my friend who was at my house if he could delete my Troll, thinking he'd just go for the one that was selected on the Character screen. He did, at first. Problem was, he though I said Trolls. So now, I am TN character-less.

You can get Blizzard to restore him, don't worry.

Are you serious? Blizzard can actually be useful?

Yes... Just tell them you accidently deleted your character, give them the name of the character you want restored... it can take SOME time to get it to happen... if they tell you otherwise in game and don't do it... take it to the customer service forums and they'll do it...

just make sure to leave out that you ALLOWED someone else to do it.
Policy states that your account is for your eyes only. If you tell them you willingly gave your account to a friend and HE deleted your character (weither by accident or not) they may be less inclined to help.

Just remember that Blizzard alots you a limited number of restores of characters and items. When I had to contact a GM to have some items restored that I accidently vendored, I was told this by the GM:
"Each account has a set number of times that we will restore items that were deleted by mistake. While I cannot tell you what that number is, know that it is VERY VERY SMALL {emphasis his}. Do you want to use one of these limited opportunities to restore your items?"

I think that number is three.

Well, I guess I should say it before somebody else does.
You are a dumb ass.
NEVER give your password away. Not even to Jesus.
[Jesus] says: Hey, Abric. Sorry to call you at work, but I see the Uber Dagger of DOOM is being sold on the auction house. I don't have the money to pick it up, but you said you did. I can sign onto your character and buy it for you.
[Abric] says: Fuck no, Jesus. I don't give out my password, because only bad things come to that. Thanks for telling me about the dagger, though.
[Jesus] says: Whaaa? Come on, my son! You can own THE dagger of the entire game. I'm Jesus... if you can't trust me, who can you trust?
[Abric] says: Damnit, Jesus. I said no. Stop pestering my ass, I'm trying to kill terrorists.
NEVER give out your password to ANYONE. Not your wife, not your kids, not your friends, not your roommates, girlfriends, boyfriends, lovers, friends on the side, DOOM-ridden hippies... or even your mother.
...
ESPECIALLY if they are roleplayers - or guys 13-29. One is emo, and the other finds humor at your expense.

He didn't give his password away, he was already logged on.
Abric fails.
