His pyroblast crits only hit for around 100 more dammge than my mindblast crits... thats unusual... does every mage pyro-crit for that much or is it just him?

1400 pyroblast crit isn't really that high. My frostbolts crit for 1200.

It reminds me of, back in the day, 'Brig would wear a vest out of instances, but, when we went dungeon-delving, I would always ask him about his "healing dress" that he wore for them.

I can crit a level 60 mage for about 1,200-2,500 with my aimshot, my mark, my aura, and my hawk aspect.

Silly clothies, pvp is for hunters and tier two mages like Soraxis. ;)

Yea...mages are the only real epidome of a "Soft Caster". Warlocks with their 5.5k health (or more)and SL, and priests with their armor, and decent health

I havn't seen any mage hit me that hard, not even the teir two ones that have arcane/fire build. That would kill me almost right off the bat.

It only happened because they hit ZHC and ToEP at the same time. Still hurts like hell.

It's possible, just... hard to do, you have to get lucky, and you have to have a lot of buffs/gear/pots/ect.

I'm itching to transfer my mage to tvc, because she's full frost/arcane, and her damage is pretty.


Course, everyone here stated the silliest obviously obvious thing in wow world history.

Warlocks = stam
Priests = armor and heals
Mage = burst dps

Both the priest and the warlock were built to survive. Mages are Glass Cannons.. Their job is to blow shit up as fast as possible before dieing for the team ;p

I agree. That's what I usually do in BG's. Snipe a few, run to the mid-field, use up all my mana, then die. Rinse and repeat. Works all the time. 8)
