So I've been playing my UD Warrior Shamble for a while now, and I have some basic macros that combine a couple of my abilities (charge and hamstring, bloodrage and berserker rage), a couple ability and /startattack macros, and one for each stance that switches to the stance and equips the appropriate weapon/shield. As it stands, I have buttons for all my stances on my actual action bar, two in each stance, and it seems like there must be a better way to manage my stances. I'm short on action bar space as it is, so any advice would be awesome. Also, general advice about warrior macros would be sweet too.

I'd put your stance buttons on action bars that don't change between stances.

I bind stances to z,x, and c, which I find convenient as that's what i bind as forms on my druid and presences on my dk (aspects on my hunter, aura's on my pally, etc.).
Useful macros I've found would be a intimidating roar/stopattack, intervene target of target, and focus macros for heroic throw/concussion blow (as prot).

I'll check this thread next time I'm logged in and c/p some of my more useful ones.
Actually, I just realized this was in PVP, so mine won't be all that applicable.

Yeah, that's actually a pretty good idea...
Thanks for the suggestions thus far.

What action bars are you using? I use default action bars, and generally have been fine on space for everything. I've only recently picked up using Shift modifier macros, and they've only been necessary for Prot so far.

Warriors don't have too many buttons. On my DK I had so many hotkeys at one point, I got Bartender to just shrink the bars so I could see my screen. If you're having problems fitting buttons in, you could always go that route. Of course with smaller buttons the question is raised: "But how will I click Rend?" :P
(I do use default interface now, though. Mods suck. :D)

The warriors I've encountered enjoy a degree of success with this one:
/cast hamstring
/cast hamstring
/cast hamstring
/flee

Fleeing from a hunter = dumb.

Truth. Especially as a warrior.

I have battle/ berserker bound to the back of my two mouse buttons which I bound as a secondary key for the '=' button and then switch to defensive with shift-3 The front mouse button is Hamstring in the '-' key poisition

My stance buttons are macros that use Overpower, Disarm and Pummel respectively when they are in the proper stance. Saves space that way. Modifier macros are awesome too.

Here's a very good list of Warrior Macros from ArenaJunkies:

I have used a lot of these in various ways, but I just added to my Macro list from there recently the "One Key Battle Stance/Charge/Overpower:"
#showtooltip
/cast [nostance:1] Battle Stance; [nocombat] Charge; Overpower

I use the default UI, but my buttons are 1 2 3 4 C F Tab ` R T or something of that nature. I've got them all surrounding WASD. Then I have a shift modifier bar, which I keep all of the stuff that can be used in any stance on. At least, the stuff I'm likely to use in any stance.

One of the most important things to get good at as an arena warrior is managing shield vs two hander, having a macro that swaps stances / weapons and one that swaps weapons / puts up spell reflect is amazingly useful if you're not prot.
Same with shield block, IE you see another warrior hit blade storm, hop into defensive and put up shield block then lawl as he sees block block block...
Long story short, weapon swap macros ftw.
