How would you guys feel about sending a statue to Natasha? Is this a bad idea or no. I'm thinking about having one made when money isn't so tight

I've heard to many stories about bad experiences with the figureprint figures. Arriving smashed, the piece looks chalky cause it's not sealed properly or at all, muted colours etc.

I've heard this too. Seems kinda risky, from both an emotional and monetary investment standpoint.

I AM actually in the middle of trying to finish a sculpture of his character I started befoe well...ya know.

I think the one Jeedup is making will be fine. It will be something personal, from a community he participated in, from a person whom he shared a friendship with. That's worth infinitely more than some figurine that may or may not come out looking wonderful, or like garbage.

Either way, the idea is thoughtful, but the means is kind of... impersonal? Natasha wasn't connected to the game except through her husband. Perhaps if she played with him and was more into the game like we are, it'd be different, but... I dunno.

That's really just my take and my opinion. If you want to know for certain, ask her. She made an account here for the forums and I believe she still checks back here every now and then. Try sending her a PM, or there are people who may have her e-mail address, or Blyx's.

You guys were going to do a statue? Are you kidding me? That is soooooo sweet. To be honest I would love that. However, I do have 2 walking, talking, annoying, loving, bugging, sweet talking off-springs that he left me with, not to mention the four legged creatures that we have. Please don't go to any trouble. To be honest, all your kind words are enough and I thank you all for the wonderful things you've said about Rick, the kind e-mails, sketches, stories, the memorial bench, etc. It is all very much appreciated and I cannot thank you enough. You are all very kind and I offer my sincerest thanks.
