Patient Name: CARMENSITA ENCAITAR KEEGAN (http://wow-tng.org/showthread.php?t=10382&highlight=Carmensita)
Gender: FEMALE.
Ethnicity: ELVEN-NYD (Undisclosed/Confirmed).
Family Status: WIDOW/ESTRANGED (Unconfirmed)
Referral Source: OTHER.
Forwarding Assessment: N/A.
-Session I.-
Patient presents with seeming physical health. Note made of an odd and undetermined accent characterized by broken pronunciation and a unique slang lexicon. Other than possible psychiatric illness, patient appears healthy.
When questioned about her family status the Patient gave contradicting and inconsisting testimony. Three distinct 'husbands' were named; Nani an 'Old human/demon', Aderas Keegan an 'Imortal being from planet Naglefarium'and Nachytsm Encaitar. Patient was unable to produce conclusive proof for the existance of any of the three men.
Note: A flask was presented with the initials A.K.
engraved upon it as the patients submission of proof for
the existance of 'Aderas Keegan'.
When asked when she last saw 'Aderas Keegan' the patient proclaimed that she had not seen him since the past season of Fall and that she speculated that he may have gone back to the planet Naglefarium or onto "The North Place". Patient also mentioned that he was a "Military Man".
An established chronological order to these three marriages is not yet established. It is possible no marriages (or men for that matter) have ever existed.
Note: Obvious signs of delusional thinking made apparent
by the belief of a fictional planet (Naglefarium) as well as
patient's certainty that her unique religious beliefs are an
established Religion with a prominant following, yet is
unable to provide a confirmational reference.
Patient adheres to a unique beleif system; High regard for a goddess named 'Odette' who also appears to be represented by a wolf figure. When asked what kind of feelings being unable to locate ones husbands might cause the patient proclaimed that 'Odette take the pain away...no let me be sad."
The patient made mention of a deceased child...a pregnancy that was subject to trauma-induced miscarriage after three as-yet-unnamed men attacked her and killed her. The chidl was claimed to have been emitted, dead, after revival by a man identified to be 'Rethsil, of The Grim'. When asked who declared her as Dead, she claimed that 'Rethsil' had.
~Conclusions~
Diagnosis: DELUSIONAl PERSONALITY NYD/NOS.
Prognosis: NYD.
There were times in the interview when the patient appeared 'lost' or 'confused' (when asked to provide definitive information, particularly temporal information). Patient's claims are inconsistant with currently accepted reality and while the patient does not appear to be a threat to anyone else or herself, psychological breakdown may occur if her delusional phantasmogria 'Life' is broken without proper supervision may shift the patient into probable harm.
Fantastic belief system as well as fictional life history are congruent with the fabrication of delusions with the subconscious purpose of masking or eliminating the true contexts of past traumas.
Currently the patient's diagnosis, prognosis and proposed course of treatment are inconclusive as most aspect of the patient are currently considered to be Not-Yet-Determined.
Refer for continued treatment.
