History: At a young age, Kalior began to train as a mage. It wasn’t long before he began playing with shadow magic’s and then summoning demons. His nature was always darker and more twisted than the other mages he trained with.
He didn’t have any friends to speak of, but he did have one rival. A blood knight named Rhatizin Icecloud was the man Kalior chose to focus his fury on. Battle after battle between the two took place, Kalior always seemed to fall short of victory.
Rhatizin offered to train the warlock in the art of combat. Kalior was impressed with how pure and good Rhatizin seemed to be and yet in combat, he seemed to be an enraged monster.
Kalior accepted the knights offer and trained under him for a few years. During the time the two needed to earn some gold for food and equipment. They came up with the idea of selling their combat skills to those in need. They provided escorts, delivered messages, slapped people around and even took lives all for a price. A few more men were recruited into the group and they all voted that Rhatizin was the strongest and most capable leader. And so the Icecrown Mercenaries were born and Kalior was a key member of the small unit.
Although he was good friends with Rhatizin, Kalior was held to the same standards as everyone else. He had fought hard and passed ever single right of passage put before him, and he now is likely to be the guilds first to reach the rank of Elite Mercenary.
