Hello. I am, or rather was an avid WoW player, until I quite about 5 to 6 months ago. Now that WOTLK is here, I am finding it hard to resist coming back. My old servers died out in RP a while ago, and I heard of Twisting Nether. I was just curious on the inhabitants' opinion on it, to see if I want to make it my new home.

There's a lot of great RP on TN, but the signal to noise ratio is rather thin right now with the expansion apparently bringing in 20 non-RPers to 1 RPers. But..if you can ignore the noise and find people to fit your RP style, I promise you won't regret it :)

Unlike Vil, I'm finding roleplaying everywhere, even with the random people I would NEVER have expected it from. I've been random grouping for quests these last two weeks and even with the people who're saying "plz" and "thx," I'm getting them to adopt their characters pretty quickly just by staying in character with them. They get that I'm doing it, and they're obviously interested enough to try it; so even if their text makes me a little squirmy, they're trying. It's pretty cool to run into that after so long.

From what I see, the horde seems like a good choice, though I'm not counting the Alliance out yet. It's been months since I've RPed, so forgive if the character bios I post are a bit weak.
