Name: Menion Leah (Yes this name was stolen from The Sword of Shannara series. Sorry, but I love the name)

Occupation: Professor for the Wizards of Dalaran Military Academy. The school focuses on the magic arts as practiced by the magi of Dalaran, and prepares young magic users for battle. The curriculum generally includes one on one training, field exercises, thoughtful discussion about war strategy, and encourages experimentation. Students are also educated on history, with much required homework and reading.

History: He was the second child of a wealthy colonel whom moved about quite frequently when he and his sisters where children because of the wars. As the only son he was to be brought up as a soldier, much like his father who was a valiant wielder of the light. However when years of training proved fruitless, it was discovered that Menion was not his father's (Arik Leah) biological son. This has created a divide between the two ever since, which has not been repaired despite his greatest attempts. His father left into the field, lost in his work, leaving Menion to care for his mother and three sisters. In the void of his known father, Menion has begun searching for his biological one. Gathering what clues he can along the way and studying the magic he gave him a natural aptitude for, all roads leading him to Dalaran, where he was tutored under Dalaran Wizard, Sendes. At the very least, he knew then why he was never as skilled with the blade or the light as Arik. But in the wake of it all, Menion blames himself for the rift between his father and his family. He works hard to repair the family name on his behalf, and to secure great wealth and prosperity for them. It is his greatest wish that Arik will return one day and be proud to call him his son.
