So I developed a renewed interest in the Lore recently. Been reading this blog and it kind of got me started: http://goodmorningazeroth.blogspot.com/

Also been reading about King Varian Wrynn through the various meanderings: http://www.wowwiki.com/Varian_Wrynn

Then I found out about the comics... and I started doing some searching: http://www.dccomics.com/dcunlimited/wow/?action=the_comic

Issue zero rocked. I want more. Did some searching and found this. Appears to be issue 1-7: http://www.entertainmentearth.com/prodinfo.asp?number=DC27101

So, anyone bought it? Worth it? Are there any other comics besides this series which appears to issue 12 with 13 in November? If I get the hardcover I guess I have to source the other 8-12 issues somewhere, any places to recommend?

I bought WoW: Ashbringer #1 last week, and it was purty. Well worth the time/sheckles.

As for the Varian book, I couldn't get access to anything before issue #4, so I decided to wait for the collection that's bound to come (after all, DC compiles every other title).

The Varian book is freakin' sweet. The pacing is a little fast (due to it probably having an issue cap) but the art is amazing and the story is engaging enough.

If you can get your hands on it and you got the extra cash - go for it.

I haven't read Ashbringer - I need to. :3

I bought the hardcover. Well worth the price I paid. Just waiting for the other half of the story to get bound together.

Er wait, Ashbringer? What's that? Another comic?

What else is out there that's good?
