So, many folks might not know, but I am looking to become an animator. I've come to find that my skills in three dimensional artwork are quite high, considering I've had no post-secondary training in the field. The program I use is called "Cinema 4D" and is manufactured by the company MAXON. This same software created a few movies, namely Polar Express and Open Season. It's a truly great program, and I consider it my easel to create artwork upon. While I usually do abstract pieces, I'll sometimes toss a recognizable object together, or even a short video (Though those can take months to finish). Here's a few of my pieces.

For this image I was mostly experimenting with splines and a few lighting placements. Also let me test out my wood texture. Needs work, but I consider it done.

This was the result of me playing around with a bit of modeling, and the hair module. It's all mathematical, just gotta do the math. Just think, that cute little fellow started off as a simple cube!

The lamp looks like it was made from spare Big Daddy parts (which is a cool thing!) and the bear looks fooby and sqooshable. :)

One second, I need to go regain my manliness.

One second, I need to go regain my manliness. Hey I made the damn bear, so if anyone needs more manliness, it's me. It was actually a gift for a fellow animator who had caught my eye romantically. Sadly, I was swiftly faced with the great wall of rejection. *Shrugs* I've seen its stones so many times, the sight rarely hurts anymore. Still think the bear is a great piece, definitely for my portfolio.

Good news folks! I'm starting a new project for a full short! This might mean that I'm online a touch less, but in the end it will be very worth it! Now, the only question is about rendering times... *Gulps*
