I think the two seperate guilds should have names representing what the majority of that faction feels of the Nether. Hence 'Vanquishing the Nether,' or something to that effect for the Alliance.

I don't see why they wouldn't; and there's NME. So. It's doubtful that they are. Even more doubtful that Blizzard would enforce it.
