I've had Feralmoon at level 70 for quite a while. Since what...January? I dunno. Anyway, it's nice having one seventy, going into BGs, grinding out my honor, picking up my gear etc etc. But I want something else. RPing a bitchy Tauren day in and day out, considering that drama it seems is limited with her, is difficult.

Last night, someone approached Feral on an alt and had a rather amusing few moments trying to convince her to give him a good lay. She proceeded to tell him four things. One, she'd break him. Two. She doesn't do bald apes. Three. He was ugly. And four, she hated him and to go die in a fire. Those are pretty much the exact words. It was amusing, but for serious? I neeeeeeeeeeed need need need something more to sink my teeth into RPwise and it's difficult to step outside of her character far enough to entice it along. Quickie RP is great. I love World RP like this, don't get me wrong, it's just...wtb multi-person plot, plz pst.

I have lots of alts. I'm an alt-whore, even. Most of my friends know this. Those who don't, I usually have most of my alt slots filled. I have three level 20ish critters, one is a reroll of Feralmoon as a druid at level 20, one is a Troll rogue at 23 who's previously been RPed as a Trelf happy bunny and the last is a level 21 warlock I made to help a friend out for an RP event (It would've been better if I'd had about a month to build up the character and what not but I'm not complaining- Playing a character everyone hates is tough as nails.) I have a level 18 paladin who is SUPPOSED to be a reroll of my old D&D character. I finally have a level 40-41 Orc hunter named Maakeda.

With all of these guys.... I've developed backstories but finding RP and getting ingratiated is a long an arduous process it seems. Finding an RP group that's got a mind for complex, multi-user story-archs is hard, I'll dare say, damn near impossible. We've all got our groups it seems and we hardly venture outside of them. I have -no- idea what to do really. I can't even remember what made me fall in love with Feral's RP so much that made me want to play her as my main...aside from the bunny rabbit now sitting dormant in her inventory.

So I guess this is a plea for help. I've got backstories. I've got character history and quirks for nearly each of them. It's just how do I put myself in the "wtb RP" market again after being so long married to one character? Any ideas?

Pyrisath got oh so boring to RP, and I didn't even hit 70, so I know exactly how you feel. Nothing new and interesting happens.

I'd suggest trying this. Make a character of the opposite gender, opposite mindset(BE if your Horde. Dirty->Clean opposite), and force yourself to play. Either A, you'll go DEAR GOD THIS IS STUPID and become more interested in the first character, or B You'll like the change of pace, and level that character more.

It works for me, at least.

Well, as I mentioned, whenever Xiphus associates himself with Raven Cross business, he is in uniform, and whenever he is in uniform, it is business time.

And when it's business time, that means complete discretion. Say nothing unless absolutely necessary, and that's only either to call for information, reinforcements, or to report to superiors, depending on what kind of jobs he found himself in.

But of course, there's the outside work time when he is wearing traveling cloak and fishing while drinking somewhere with his cats. I think we can arrange a fishing meeting so we can stumble upon each other.

I find him to be harder to roleplay, or rather.... I find with Vesker's outgoing extroverted personality that it allows me to role play with more people, over all, thus giving me a better experience......

Faelen on the other hand has more of an epic/potential story tree possibility. I dunno. :P

Feral, I think I said this in another thread but it's half past why-the-fuck-am-I-still-awake at the moment, so I can't remember where. Anyway, I'll likely be bringing Ishnelotanka, my druid boy, out more often once Aphraelle hits 70. She'll always be my main, but I want to raise the boyo a bit also. And I'm always up for RP, pretty much. Admittedly, Tanka's like 14 right now so we'd have to stick to cities or lowbie areas (and Tanka is from a small band of people and finds cities overwhelming, so stays out of them a lot), but... it could work, if he's not... you know... busy as per our discussion the other night. >.>

Yes, there are. However, I'm not really part of any big ones, and so I'll wait for perhaps another to speak who might be involved in one.
