Crime and Punishment

I've never seen the Horde judical system discussed here. It's easy to assume that tauren and trolls have thier own tribal systems of punishment installed, and the elves likely have prisons for political activists, but what about orcs and the Horde in general? How would they deal with crimes and criminals?
