Well... I decided it might be in Nazshakul's best interest to join a clan with like-minded goals. Two, Eye of Kilrogg and Sanctuary, were recommended to me by Vilmah.

I'm mainly looking for a RP guild, but also... someday I would indeed like to raid and gain uber epx. Obviously, PvP is desired too... we're on a RP-PVP server! X3

I am uncertain what exactly it is you ARE seeking in a guild. The Eye of Kilrogg is a coven of Warlocks. You may visit us here:http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=38465&TabID=340987

I would be more than happy to answer any questions if you have them.

Well, I'm looking for a guild that has it's fingers in a lot of pies... RP mostly, but I do want to raid someday... My character is a Face, so no evil guilds for him. :P

You want sanctuary.

I could get it to point at you for dare questioning my ex-authority.

I could do it, you know!

Question, Zust, aren't all House of Kai members part of some sort of extended family?

If so, no way he's joining you guys, just because he's Vilmah's uncle, and there's no way in hell she's gonna be related to ya'll crazy part-elf people.

Family reunions might be somewhat amusing though...

...Before you die, there is something you should know about us, Zust...
...I am your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate!

"Yogurt! Yogurt! I hate Yogurt! Even with strawberries!"

"But sir, don't you hold a Schwartz too?"
"Yeah, but he got the upside, I got the downside. See, there's two sides to every Schwartz."

"Ah, I see your Schwartz is as big as mine!"

"Now, say goodbye to your two best friends, and I don't mean your pals in the Winnebago!"

So Vilmah is branded by the Mark of the Stormreaver?

I... don't know! Would she have been?? That could be very interesting. Hey, Enheil, could you PM me explaining all of the details of the Mark of the Stormreaver? I don't know where to go looking for that kind of info.

EnheilRas

It's orcish tradition to be marked by your chosen clan.

this is just a tattoo on your arm or elsewhere of your clan insignia, but depending on ritual, this could mean more things (ritualistic mutilation and masochistic torture). This is why my character has four very distinguishable Tattoos. One for each clan in which he's served.

The Mark of the Stormreaver was put on any Warlock or Acolyte or Defender who joined Gul'dan's Clan. It was, if I recall, a lightning bolt imprinted over a downward rescent above a tidal wave. This was to brand the Horde as a member of the Clan.

Furthermoore all Chieftains, and especially Shadow Council Clans, bore the Mark of Chaos.

This is a picture of Grom Hellscream as seen from the WarCraft II: The Dark Portal Expansion.

On his Bracer, the Mark of the Warsong. His Right Bicep: The Mark of the Horde Chieftain. On His left, in what looks like a Compass, is the Mark of Chaos.

This is what showed the Orc had been hazed and/or made a pact with the powers of Chaos: The Burning Legion. Almost all old Orcs have this Mark.

I don't think Vilmah would have it, then, because he's her uncle. She was born and raised in Hammerfall, during the internment camp period with the humans and what-not, so I don't think she'd have been tattood as a little kid. Plus, she's a warrior, not a warlock.

Or would she? You tell me.

EnheilRas

If she was born in the slave camps, away from her family, then no, she wouldn't have been in the Clan to have the Mark. Her family history, though, will cause some extreme trouble for her if ever found out.

You know as I do that the Shadow Council is the primary Concern of the Horde's military agenda. This includes all Stormreavers. They must all be destroyed.

If she was born without clan, then she would most likely be branded a Frostwolf at Maturity when rescued and taken to the Frostwolf Village as a youth when Orgrim's Last Stand Occured.

Nazgrel most likely trained her.

Vilmah

She wasn't born without clan, her mother was Naz's sister, and her father (as I'm doing it...) is Gor'mul, the warrior in Hammerfall you have to help by gathering raptor talons. I'm wondering if since Naz was gone, maybe her mother kept it quiet that her brother and her were in the Stormreaver clan.

If so, she could have marked Vilmah in a place where nobody can see (like her inner thigh, lower stomach, ect, assuming that isn't too far-fetched)

Children aren't given a Clan.

In Proper Horde society, they are set when they have reached puberty in a number of tests which decides how best they can fit properly in Horde society. These tests combat ability, endurance, guile, intelligence, and mystical attunement. They place the Hordelings in Clans. (Clan membership is fluid, and people can switch clans at any time if they feel they would be better suited elsewhere).

These tests could probably not be made within the slave camps under Human Imprisonment. It'd be an interesting story to see though. Most warriors went into the Blackrock Clan; But one must remember that only four chieftains were active survivors in the Horde after the Battle of Blackrock Spire: Orgrim DoomHammer of Blackrock, Grom Hellscream of Warsong, Kargath Bladefist of the Shattered Hand, Kilrogg Deadeye of Bleeding Hollow (Thrall of Frostwolf later). This means that only these clans could offer new members.

Vilmah

Hmmm... I'll have to think about that, then. She's way too young to have been with the Stormreavers, but the fact that her family was with them back in the day could have interesting developments.

Most likely, she'd be Blackrock, which is cool with me because Orgrim was da cooooolest.

EnheilRas

The Blackrock Clan is ruled again by Blackhand's Son, Rend.

They are aligned with Nefarion and are also now public enemy #2.

Rend just happened to be the Orc that killed Thrall's Father.

it will work fine, Etrigg or however you say it is trusted enough to be given a place of honor in thralls court and he was in the blackrock clan.

He Exiled Himself from it after he lost his sons in the Spire Wars.

Also Tirion Fordring.

Geez, I wish I knew as much orc lore as EnheilRas here, maybe then I can come up with a coherent history for my characters. ;) Also Vilmah, you might want to look up the current clans at wowwiki.com too.

Didn't a few Blademasters and warriors of the Blackrock clan swear fealty to Thrall? You need to stay around Enheil! Help us make our characters more realistic! 8)

As I said he WAS in the blackrock clan, as in past tense. It is fairly obvious no one currently loyal to that clan would be tolerated in the horde.

Not ALL members. I'm reasonably certain Niethan's not related to the crazy part-elves.

Plus there's at least one tauren in here, and I really don't want to consider the implications of that.
