The closed section of the undercity.

I found a way to it through a graphic error. It's the area that is above the outer ring in the Undercity that got closed off. I still wonder why they closed it off... Theres not much up here but it has one thing most of the Undercity doesnt have: Free space with no NPC's and a few stone tables.

It's a ring that runs all the way around the trade quarter, you can "almost" reach it by slowfalling out of the sewers.

Look next time your flying into the undercity and youl see two large skulls that have their mouths wide open as your about to land. That area.

I recall the two skulls puking out undercity goo, but I never noticed a "ring"

Those two skulls have a bridge, that bride goes all the way around the Undercity. Go to either quarter and look upwards and torwards the trade quarter and you see what I mean. Im up there now.

Last week a guildie of mine showed me how to get there. He also showed me how to get into the Caverns of Time (mage only, blink trick) and half a dozen other little "secret" places.

If Lucril ever offers to show you something, you should totally follow him. It's always entertaining.
