In about two weeks from now to a month, Sanctuary is running their second event, and this one is going to be a bit more ambitious.
We're re-creating the Battle of Hillsbrad, but with some more specific objectives this time.
The Rp excuse for this is that Sanctuary is after a fugitive. Someone they want to take down at all costs. The reasons for wanting a piece of this unfortunate individuals hide will become apparent at a later date. This person will be holed up inside Southshore.
Sanctuary has organised a raging army of the horde ready to swarm in and kill this individual. (We're hoping for a raging army, but if there is another MC raid that night we might just have to do with a small bunch of mildy annoyed Tauren and the odd cantankerous troll.)
The only way the Alliance have of destroying this army is by killing their general. This will likely be Grisch. Holed up under a pink baby blanket somewhere in Tarren Mill, with every member of Sanctuary willing to make a solid wall around him.
So basically, the PvP objective is to protect YOUR sides 'mark' and kill the other sides 'mark'. No holds barred, send in a squad of rogues and druids if you think it will work. This is a two fold excersize, organising both a good offence AND defence.
Both 'marks' will be in contact with each other via vent or some other form of communication so that the moment one goes down we will be able to establish a winner.
Lastly, this is tentatively set for two weeks from Friday, on the Friday 14 July at 8pm.
Now is a good time to let me know if the time should change.
Also we're looking for, preferably and Alliance GUILD that will be willing to offer up a mark on their side. If we can work together to make a good story around it it would be even better. Your guild, or if we can't find a guild, the individual, will be asked to help us to organise things on the Alliance side as well and get everything geared up over there.
I want to make this a BIG battle. Like server crashing big. We haven't had a decent server crash in ages and I want to see what this puppy can do now.
